    We paid for expedited test results (2-3 days) as we are in a time crunch. I frequently inquired on the results with Jen at the front. From the get go, Jen was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful, but I bit my tongue. For customers who pay $1450 for testing, one would think she would have the patience to answer their emails and phone calls without stating "As I said to you" "As I said on email" and talking down to you. I was checking on results last week, and when she heard it was me, hung up the phone. My realtor called, Jen started a screaming fight with her, and hung up on my realtor.
    It was 4 business days later and I had still not gotten results. I emailed Jen and told her that I will be filing with the BBB if I do not receive my results by 5pm. This is the only reason I got results.
    Today, I inquired about the letter DR Charles sent with the results as it didn't entirely make sense. Instead of listening respectfully and providing information, Jen began screaming, stating "I don't need to talk to you! You're not even the owner! I have been dealing with you and your realtor harassing me the last week!" and unable to answer any questions I had. I had to raise my voice to try to ask a simple question as a customer who paid $1450 for testing.
    Never again - save yourself the headache and disrespect and proceed with another company. Customer service is 0/10, if I could give this company negative stars I would.
    Addendum: as of 1400 it has come to our attention that the soil test was not deep enough. When Jen told us about the test, she offered two options: 1200 for 7-10. business day turnaround, and 1450 for 2-3 business day turnaround. There was no alternate option. Now they say it is an additional 2k to do the proper testing to go to the proper depth.
