    Freight Run was a very professionally run company! It was our first time using them and they were very helpful even to the point of contacting the pick up driver to find out what time he would be picking up! Then Ralph called back several times with information on the shipment and to see how everything went from our perspective! We would recommend them very highly and will use them again as needed. You will not go wrong with this company!

    Great service. I use them to babysit truckers or the carriers I choose which is not an easy job. Of course, carriers screw up but it does help sometimes to have someone else besides me to keep tabs on them. In any case, I get a better price via FreightRun than direct with these carriers.

    FreightRun was amazing to work with! I had to ship 30 cocktail carts all over the US, from rural Mississippi, over the course of 1 year and they never missed a beat. Pricing and timing options were excellent. Their customer service was impeccable. Extremely responsive and on top of everything. Thoroughly loved working with them and being able to rely on such a strong partner for all of that shipping!

    I would be a customer for Freight Run again in a heart beat. Ralph, the associate for the company with whom I delt with... was knowledgeable, professional, courteous & patient. On top of all that Freight Run had the lowest price out of about 8 companies I had gotten quotes from. My delivery arrived early & unharmed in any way. My experience with Freight Run was exemplary.     What a great first experience with Freight Run. As someone with zero experience shipping LTL, I needed someone who would patiently walk me through the process of running carrier quotes and connecting us with the best fit. Freight Run did just that. A great experience overall. Highly recommended. We'll use them again!

    Yoani is the best customer service rep I've ever dealt with. She is friendly, efficient and has great follow thru. If you need anything shipped make sure you deal with her - you won't be disappointed. I will gladly do business with them in the future

    These guys were an absolute Home Run.
