  Our family has relocated across state lines multiple times, but unfortunately, this was by far our worst moving experience. Several factors contributed to our one-star rating: Exorbitant Insurance Costs - The insurance options were unreasonably priced, nearly 50% of the total move cost, and still required a deductible. This felt more like a cash grab than genuine coverage. Unfair Pricing Adjustments - We conducted a detailed video walkthrough for the company to provide an accurate quote. To cut costs, we donated five or six large, heavy furniture pieces before the move. However, the company refused to adjust the price downward, claiming that additional packing time offset the difference in volume. Poor Load Security - Our belongings were not properly secured in the moving truck. Upon delivery, multiple, heavy duty plastic totes had crushed corners, indicating a lack of care in handling. Mishandling of Fragile Items - Despite being clearly marked "FRAGILE" with arrows indicating the correct orientation, several boxes were stacked upside down or sideways, leading to unnecessary damage. Property Damage - Over $1,000 worth of damage occurred during the move, including scuffs and marks on the floors of our new home, further adding to the frustration. Communication Barriers - Of the six or seven crew members, only two spoke English, and while they were kind, it was evident that serious miscommunication was occurring throughout the process. We feel terrible needing to leave a negative review, but want to warn others or encourage improvement. If nothing is said, nothing will be improved.

  I reached out to RT, a day before my move. And they made it happen!! Very happy with both the customer service and the move. Will work with them again, for sure!!

  We have used RT Relocation in the past and we’re impressed by their performance! We moved in June and again were impressed by the gentleman Davi, Adalberto, Nando and Adeval, who were professional in the handling and concern with our belongings!!

  I am so happy we used RT Relocation. They were fairly priced and had excellent communications. We got our delivery on schedule as promised. The driver kept us updated as to the time he would be at our house. They were so careful in handling our furniture. I give them a ten out of ten. We had a lot of anxiety in planning the move but RT came thru 100%. I will use them again when the time comes.

  I used RT Relocation to move from a 3 bedroom house to an appartment. Dealing with the team at RT was a pleasure. Everyone I spoke to was very knoledgeable and made the entire process easy. The crew that was sent to do the move were very profesional, neat, and very quick, the move took two hours less than the estimate. Overall moving with RT was a great experience.

  Highly, highly recommend RT Relocation Services!!!! They moved us a few days ago. Can’t say enough about their incredible services from start to finish!!! Angela was a pleasure! She assessed our moving needs and provided a very reasonable estimate. The moving team was amazing!!! Carlos, Adalberto and Erysvaldo were top notch!!! We’ve used moving services 4 other times in the past; but, RT far exceeded them all in quality, professionalism and attention to detail. They arrived on time, placed floor protection runners, disassembled, reassembled, wrapped and secured items, as needed….while doing it all with a smile!! The entire experience exceeded our expectations! RT will be our #1 choice in relocation services for all future needs! Thank you Team!!!

  RT Relocation did our business move. Lots of heavy furniture, file cabinets and electronic equipment. Everything was secured and wrapped and the packing team was able to help us finalize leading up to the move. Crew was super nice as well!

  RT was good to work with ….immediately addressed any concerns ….on the big day they were on time ….efficient….and everything arrived in good condition and earlier than anticipated…..what more could you want

  What a horror, I would have upped my insurance coverage if I had even thought they would be so careless! First, THEY got me a too short storage room when a pipe burst in my moving destination, and I could not move in right away. Because it was not high enough, I had to get two storage rooms. Then I had to hire additional movers to move some of my things to a small studio apartment. As we looked at things, I became aware of MANY damages. I alerted RT and they said I could file a minimal claim. Unfortunately, they only provided the driver's handwritten inventory and asked that on my own, I find each item, the item number, weight, all kinds of things. I could not read/find these specific things on the handwritten inventory I was provided, and though there was much damage to my beloved antiques, they were only willing to reimburse me $75.00. NEVER did I think anyone/company would be so careless!!!! These were not only family treasures, but one table that was damaged, I had made for me personally at a cost of $2600+. If you're thinking about using RT Relocation, THINK AGAIN!!!!
