    This company calls almost daily a couple times a time. We have told them several times that we are not interested in the services that they are offering and to please remove our number from their call list. They either agree to remove the number or just hang up. I even went as far as calling the 888 number on their website to ask that they stop calling. We shall see if that works.

    We received yet another call this afternoon from this company even after we told the man who called this morning to remove our number from their call list.  I was assured that it had been removed.  The call was received on 03/04/24 at 1:45 pm.

    It is not our intention to contact anyone multiple times a day. Our records are not consistent with ************************** assertions. We will conduct an internal review. And we will most certainly honor her request to not be called.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Thier records are absolutely wrong and I have gotten into verbal confrontations with these individuals when they call.  After I tell them we are not interested in the services they have to offer and to remove us from the calling list, the representatives become increasingly aggressive.  One woman called back three times in a row, and was incredibly rude to our receptionist, because she couldn't leave a voicemail because the voicemail was full.  So unprofessional.  Just as long as they do not call us ever again, I will accept resolution, but I wanted it to be documented that their response is bullsh*t and they are lying.

    I have been called at least twice a day for the last three weeks by this company. I have expressly asked them to no longer call me, and have received several calls from them, using other numbers as well. Today, 12/19/2023 I specifically informed the sales person that if the calls did not stop, I would file a complaint here, however within an hour I had been called again. This type of harassing, and high pressure sales is deplorable, and should not be allowed.
