            I have been having issues with my Rooftop A/C heating unit for a while now. The realtors I go through chose this company to “fix” the issue. R Buck heating and cooling came out many times to try and fix the issue but wasn’t successful many times. So here recently the technicians came to try to fix my A/C unit again. This time the technician told me that he wired the units fan to keep running even when the thermostat was off inside the home, that it would fix the issue and I’d get cooler air in the unit. WRONG! After they left the A/C still didn’t work. So me not knowing anything about the A/C I shut off the thermostat upstairs completely. Or so I thought! My Blackhills energy bill came in for the month and when I opened it, the amount was $794!!!!!!! Last month it was $100.75 before this company came out to “fix “ the unit! Immediately called Blackhills because this has to be a mistake! A lady came out to test my meter and to investigate! Come to find out, the fan was on evryda

            They initially said they could not replace or fix the broken propane heater I had. Then they said I don't have the right shape crawl space for forced air. So for heat and cooling they suggested mini splits. I spent $18k+ for two mini splits. Fast forward to January and it's 45 degrees in the house and the pipes froze 3 times in 5 days. They come out and tell me these aren't actually for a primary heat source, and that they expected me to use the propane heater as the primary source....the one they initially said they couldn't fix or replace. Final kicker? The guy is like....let me get you an estimate for a new propane heater. Wth?? I could have done a lot more with that 18k than blow it on a disreputable company, only to have to buy a pellet stove elsewhere anyway!
