  • In October 2024, the Better Business Bureau (BBB) received a Scam Tracker report concerning PsiloVibe LLC. Following this report, the BBB initiated an investigation into PsiloVibe LLC’s business practices. The report alleged that PsiloVibe LLC was soliciting donations in exchange for psilocybin products.
    Through a search of the El Paso County Assessor website, the BBB verified that the address claimed by PsiloVibe LLC appears to correspond to a residential property. On October 2024, the BBB also reviewed the website psilovibe.org to gather further information. Findings revealed that the domain was created on February 18, 2024, and is set to expire on February 18, 2025. The domain is registered in Massachusetts, but all other identifying details are privacy-protected.
    On October 15, 2024, the BBB sent an email to PsiloVibe LLC with the following inquiries:
    Business start date
    Physical location and mailing address (if different)
    Business ownership details
    Competency license
    Business license or registration number
    Preferred method of communication (mail, fax, or email)
    A brief description of products or services offered
    Details of advertising practices and copies of marketing materials
    Any additional information to help BBB better understand the business
    To date, PsiloVibe LLC has not responded to the BBB’s inquiry. Despite repeated efforts, including sending emails to the provided contact information, there has been no engagement from the business. Attempts to locate a phone number or establish further contact have also been unsuccessful.
    As of January 22, 2025, the BBB has exhausted all avenues of communication. Due to the lack of response and transparency, the BBB cannot confirm the legitimacy of PsiloVibe LLC or provide an accurate assessment of its business practices.
