  My contact was with ****** and she was one of the most helpful people I have ever talked to. She represents your company so well. She assured me over and over that she was not in a hurry and would take all the time she needed because I kept apologizing for being so slow about what I needed to do to fill out the form I was trying to fill out. She patiently and efficiently answered all my questions and even walked thru each form with me and explained what I needed to fill out and why. One of the best "customer service" experiences I have ever had. She represents you well and you should be very proud of her. She was awesome!!! Thank you.

  I recently sold a property held in my ***************. Due to IRS limitations, it is not a standard real estate transaction. Rules apply to contract and closing signatures and *********************** was extremely helpful and professional in assuring the documents were prepared properly and working with the title company to complete the sale.

  ************************* was extremely helpful in my recent transaction with an *** precious metals transaction with New Direction Trust Company. All went smoothly. It was especially helpful to be called just as the purchase funds arrived late in the day. The completion of a potentially difficult online form was done quickly with assistance. This allowed me to focus on making my purchase early the next morning without wasting time on the form. Thank you.

  I have worked with **** at New Direction, my ***************, for several years. She was always available and extremely competent in all areas. She expertly navigated me thru the sales of my properties and all the complications involved. She was ever patient with all my questions and worked closely with all entities involved. The entire staff at New Direction promptly directed me to who I needed to talk with, answering inquiries and someone was always available to speak with. They did an amazing job all around.   On January 23rd, 2023 I decided to start the process of taking the 2023 distribution on my self directed gold **** Since its been 12 months since I last went into the PORTAL I became confused and frustrated with the different forms/rules so I called ***** and had the pleasure of speaking with ***************************. She totally hit the ball out of the park! First she calmed me down and reassured she was here to help me as long as it would take. Then she guided me to the proper forms in the PORTAL and waited while I filled each one out with the pertinent information. Then she reviewed my submission and told me everything looked good so I submitted it. Rarely have I received such good customer service. ***** made a big positive difference in my ***** experience. I find comfort knowing ***** is available to assist me if i need help. Thanks ***** for the great job that you did. It meant a lot to me!*******************

  Very professional, responds to questions promptly, Great communication. I would put my trust in New Direction anytime. Also would recommend to anyone who wants to convert an *** or 401k. ????
