  I just closed on a loan to a third party using a portion of my *** funds. I used ***** as the custodian and they were excellent. I dealt with an ******************* on the front end who was responsive and helpful and I dealt with a ************************************* on the processing/closing end and she was likewise helpful and responsive. Due to my experience I plan to use ***** again.

  The self-Directed *** at ***** was simple to set up on-line. Both ************************* and *********************************** assisted me with an investment that had a short timeline to fund. Using their expedited service, I was able to meet the timeline, and establish the investment for my family. I would recommend ***** to anyone that is looking to use a traditional *** for a real estate investment.

  New Direction Trust Company is an outstanding company. I have ******* units placed successfully with NDTC for over six years. No surprises. NDTC company is well managed, and the personnel is trained, kind and respectful. They are always willing to jump in with solutions. I am not an easy person to please. They are great!
