3 starsGood customer service response, and they are professional and use courtesy, but fees are really high and sometimes unreasonable. A good exaple is when requested the transfer of my Traditional IRA..They charged $150 transfer out fee, and according to customer service may take up to 14 days to be completed, and that is from my perspective unreasonable.I have done other IRA ********* and these were comlleted in less of three days, and no fees involved.New Direction Trust Company

5 starsI have use ***** to manage my Selft Directe *** for the last 6 years, during this time I have purchased 3 different investment properties. Every transaction has alwys been very easy to navigate. The online information and forms are simple and self explanatory. Furthermore, when I needed to speak with a representative about the process, regulations, and options of my situation they were always a phone call away. I worked with **** ******* and she always picked up the phone or replaied to my emails and took the time to answer all my questions no matter how repetive they where. 5 starsI recently sold my self-directed *** asset of real estate through New Direction Trust Company. My **************** Coordinator was **** *******. She is freaking awesome. Her communications were very timely and informative. From start to finish (and follow up) she ensured that everyone knew what was needed in order for New Direction to get their part of the job done. Her instructions were plainly laid out in easy to understand instructions. She communicated with the *****************, my Agent, the Buyer's Agent, and myself. I highly recommend investing in real estate using your ***, and even more recommend **** ******* to assist in the process. I will be using the proceeds of this sale to re-invest in real estate, and I pray that **** is the Coordinator that is assigned to the transaction.New Direction Trust Company

1 starBefore you deal with this people, you need to investigate the class action suit against them. My wife and I were both given a list of precious metals storage vaults with which they work to deposit our metals, one of which was First State Depository in ********. About 1600 people lost over $58 million in stolen metals by the owner. New Direction clients were the hardest hit. While New Direction maintains that it was the customer's responsibility to fully vet the depositories (let the buyer beware!), both their verbal direction to us when we engaged that we HAD to pick from that list, and that they forced my wife to move her metals (form a different depository) later, bely that assertion. There are many reputable firms with which you can engage for your **** New Direction is not one of them. DO YOUR INVESTIGATION BEFORE COMMITTING YOUR LIFE'S SAVINGS!
