    What happened to this company, ****************** Ordered a singlet for my son for a specific tournament. The singlet was advertised on website and on sale. The order was placed on 3/23/25 for a tournament 4/12/25. Would have thought that was plenty of time to receive it. On 4/2/25, after no communication followed up and customer service said (via email) it still had not been shipped. I asked to cancel the order and was told I could not but I could return it once I received it. Received the singlet on 4/14/25 filled out a request to return, took the unopened package to ***** and returned it to the address on the shipping label. I Followed up on 5/8 asking when to expect refund. Was told by customer service I was supposed to ship it to an address in ******, not the address it came from (fishy). This small business has an address in ********************, 2 Denver addresses and an address in ************Confirmation from ***** the package was delivered and signed for at Xtreme Pro Apparel ***************************************************************** After the EIGHTH communication **************** said I would have to follow up with ***** to see if I could get it back and ship it to their address in ******. I have done business with this company for many years have many XP singlets. There is no live person answering the phone and I am wondering if the **************** answering emails is a live person.I will not recommend this company to anyone and did not get a refund. As of now I am out item purchase, taxes and return shipping.

    Do not use this company!! They are a scam. We submitted an order for our club over a month ago, charged a very large amount and they have not delivered on the goods. Multiple times we have reached out by email to their customers and have not gotten an answer back except for a generic written by a robo wmail reply.

    I order an items on 3/14. The item ordered was said delivered and was not delivered to the correct address. The address provided was correct. . They are claiming once delivered they can not do anything. I have contacted the shipper who states the account holder of the shipping number (them) has to contact them for reimbursement. I just want the refund of $57 for not recieved item.

    What were we thinking ?? First off let me start off by saying I don't know what company doesn't allow phone conversations only emails and text messages very poor customer service.. our ************** ordered singlets for our entire team. After a few washes the singlets threads are falling apart . Let's not forget the multiple excuses on why the order wasn't filled a holiday it was excuse after excuse our gear still has not arrived. they're still multiple orders that are not filled and the season is almost over. the company offered a 15% discount off the next ordered I don't know who in their right mind would go back to a company who didn't fulfill their obligations in the time frame they said.. we even asked if they wanted us to pay for expedition of the singlets they said no need we promise they will be there on time we were willing to pay.My suggestion would be go elsewhere you get what you pay for ****** learned
