I lease to buy a ********** outlander phev plug in on 01/10/2025 and I bought it on 01/31/2025 since then I have not gotten get a title yet. I have call them over five times asking what is going on, everytime they tell me they would look in to it and call me back, however they never do. last time I spoke with them I told them they either give me my title or my money back hopping they would take me serious however it did not work they were suppose to call on fryday 05/16/2025 and like all other times they did not. I have mention to them that I at least would like to know what is happenig but they just keep ignoring me. I am simply tire of them taking me for granted, hopefully you guys can help resolve this issue since. now I just want my money back since I dont want to deal with them anymore.Business Response

I'm very sorry to hear about the ongoing issue with your title and the lack of follow-up you've experienced. Thats absolutely not the level of communication or service we aim to provide. I want to personally make this right for you. I know we have been having a lot of issues with Ally and the release of titles. I am only about 4 weeks into this new location and this was just brought to my attention last week. ***** I want to assure you that we are not ignoring you or your considers. We have been on the phone with Ally for days now. I will also assure you that now I am involved I will see this through and your title to your Outlander as soon as possible. as much as I understand she just got there it is still four weeks thats a lot of time, furthermore if I went through all this hassle to get a title I not imagine what it would be like if I need resolution on warranty or potential issues in the future.

I am rejecting this response because:when I spoke to you on 3/12/25 I mention to you that all I needed was to kept inform you told me that you were going to that and that you going to make sure to call me on 3/16/25 to give me an outdate me on what was going on you guys did'nt, the minute I contact the BBB is when you guys miraculously found out how to contact me, and dont want you to buy the car back I am returnint it and if have to go to court for it I will. for over three month I was nothing but understanding of whatever was happening not one's including the two times I spoke with I was ever offer to seat down and now with the BBB involved is that I am being consider. you want to talk sure give a reasoble solution for what you put me trought or would take my chance in front of a judge.

I would provide addres as soon as reasoble resolution is provided three month I pretty much beg for to eaither know what was going on or to provide me with my title. if my check woult have not clear the first thing they would have done is to add fees, in the course of three month they more then likely would have repossess the auto, without any consideration, but can do what ever they want with no consequences I think not. let me contact the AID and what they think about it.

I purchased a vehicle (2016 Nissan Titan XD Vin *****************) from Valley Nissan a few months ago. I paid $25,000 for it trusting a was getting a trustworthy vehicle from a dealership Within that time span a turbo went out which caused oil to leak over other parts of the vehicle. I'm afraid it is going to cause more issues in the future. Nissan did agree however to pay for a replacement part. However, this vehicle after doing research online has a lot of issues. I don't know if this is covered by a lemon law. Even if I could sell the vehicle with what just occurred and even just its blue book value is only listed around $10,000. I was told that I would get a check to cover what was built into my Nissan pathfinder lease returned. I was also told that I would have a business replace my windshield and that is no longer the case. I need immediate action. 09/16/23 Purchased a used car 2013 370z roadster it was advertised on Fb Marketplace No damaged disclosure ! Valley Nissan Longmont **** ******************************* Longmont, ** ***** ************* I was deceived by paying a Retail rate above Kelly ** upon arrival to establishment the car was backed up by back of service department which I thought was odd. The sales agent told me the keys were in possession of service department. Therefore I didnt have the opportunity to test drive or inspect car hidden in a dark lot. However I was pressured to sign contract for purchase then. I was then delivered car a week later at night time in which I noticed car was wrecked. The soft top wouldnt retract nor was the seams repaired on Canvas as I put on buyers order a problem. I was told by ***** that they had fixed not. I then contacted sales Manager who told me he would escalate to ****. I received a phone call from ***** E who told me they were very sorry about experience. I communicated to her body damaged and top issues. She put me at ease said we will get that all taken care of. She called me back the same day told me she would have her lot guy come by and repair damage. I then surrendered car back to dealership to get Top finally Replaced and waited weeks for car to be given back. I was tricked to sign another bank contract with lien holder with intent they would solely do was agreed on with a verbal communication by *****. I get the car back called her back to ask why damaged car still not repaired. She said to bring it by on Weds we definitely will get that done. I then received an email from her telling me tough luck sorry for the confusion **** the Gm paid enough money for New Top so Im left to pay for ******* worth of damage on my own. I am rejecting this response because: I spoke to **** today who told me they offered to unwind the deal back then I was told by ************************* finance Manager if I agreed to sign new contract for loan papers that were sent express mail to my address she would get the body damaged repaired in addition to convertible top! The repair soft top was done but now saying that they could care less about damaged to car that wasnt ever brought to my attention upon arriving to purchase car that was backed up They addendum on buyers order didnt mention car was wrecked. It was advertised in Fb marketplace as you can see the above pictures like a good car but mislead me the consumer because no pictures of drivers door showed the real panel severely dented and damaged. And scratched door They made empty promises to make things right that is why I didnt take me trade in back. ***** said he would talk to ***** who promised the fact they would have there body repair guy fix it. I will be escalating this further since Im the victim of a car purchased at Retail rate above KBB ! All they want to do is tell me tough luck ! I was mislead by Sales Agent ** who placed original ad up on ******** Marketplace here are the pictures he sent prior to getting over to dealership. The vehicle was deliberately backed up in rear lot with no lighting when I arrived to lot. I wasnt able to test drive car nor did they tell me about prior damage occurred. I then discovered it when car was delivered to my residence at night time a week later. I will display photos and messages from salesman that didnt mention any defects. We at Valley Nissan feel like we have gone above and beyond to take care of ***************** At time of sale we agreed to Repair the convertible top and Defog the headlights as seen on attached We Owe. We delivered the vehicle to **************** once repairs were done and he was not happy with the top repair and stated that he wanted the scratch and dents repaired as well. At that time as you can see in his screen shot text messages with *****, we offered to unwind the car deal and give him his vehicle back as we were not willing to both repair the convertible top and fix the dents and scratches. **************** decided not to unwind the deal and move forward. Unable to fix the top to Mr. ******* liking we went above and beyond, spending $4413.17 to replace his convertible top. She communicated that guy who comes there to touch up cars on Wednesdays would be extended to me for body repair. In addition to softtop which was a safety hazard you all had to fix that in addition. I would have unwinded the car deal if I would have known I have to spend ******* worth of damage for a car that was falsely advertised in perfect condition on Market place by salesman. I put thousands down payment you all wrote the top repair off ! I was at Valley Nissan trying to see if I could afford a new car. I had been given a finance sheet with 3 monthly price options depending on downpayments. I had notified the salesman *****, that these were too high. I repeated that I already stated that a payment of $500 a month was my limit and $550 was pushing it even still. He said he would go back to ***** and run some more numbers and see if he could get to my desired monthly payment. I said okay expecting for them to come back wotha new finance sheet and new monthly payment options. ***** came back around and all he said was, "sorry for the wait, finance is working on it." I assumed this meant that finance was working to adjust numbers and try to get my desired payment. My experian account started getting notifications of hard inquiry after another. I had not given the saleman permission to move forward with the sale. Now I have multiple hard inquiries on my account from lenders and I wasn't even told what my monthly payment would be and I didnt even agree to move forward. The lending and sale practices are extremely predatory at Valley Nissan. I had a similar experience at Valley Subaru, where I was told they would try 2 more companies and they ran 6 without telling me. This company is trying to force and push loans that people simple cannot afford or get approved for. I can't get these hard disputes removed from my file because I approved the inital credit application. I did not approve to continue through and try to get a loan and am extremely upset that they ran my credit so many times without me confirming I wanted to purchase the car. There needs to be separate permission once the sale is moving forward because this predatory practice is damaging to peoples credits, just so a salesman can try to force a sale that isn't working.Business Response
