    So my name is ***** ******* I'm in recovery and trying to get my life together I'm doing the very best that I can I'm a 5 months 2 days sober of alcohol I'm doing way better in life now I attend church every Sunday,I have a great job that I obtand was living in this sobriety house So April 3rd 2023 I sent a message to the recovery home alpha and East Point Michigan I send a message to Stephen ******** the owner . When I arrived at alpha I did not sign no contract nothing whatsoever which I found very unprofessional my roommate had the sign one but they must have forgotten to give me One.While I was staying there multiple items of mine came up missing expensive ones that were gifts from my family I brought this to the owner Stephen and he blew it off so I went to the guy that I caught with my items On his feet And ask him which began a confrontation b so I went to Stephen again about it and he still was unprofessional rude and did not move the Gentlemen so I told Steve again and he said it's best for you to just leave. That's pretty harsh coming from somebody that claims don't want to see you do good andNot go back to the streets. I kept my rent paid up and I paid it a week ahead of time so upon him kicking me out I was paid up a whole week which is a $140 I have the receipt for it. So I contacted Steve to get my money back for the week he said he would pay me back on Monday I contacted him on Monday and he was rude and disrespectful And he said I'm not paying you no money you put wipes down the toilet so find it somewhere else . So that was his way to keep my money for one I don't even use wipes. And for 2 do you have cameras in the bathroom so you know who put wipes down the toilet. That would look terrible in front of a judge. I have the screenshot he sent me saying Those rude things. The wind the house that I was living there Which had an eviction notice put on the door because it was not up to code. I was the only black gentleman in the house i felt targeted about everything Steve would call me to drop all the time and he dropped nobody else in the house . And I also have screenshots of messages from other tenants saying they've never been droppe So

    I let him know I was on medication call busebar that can affect your drug test Which I have confirmation from I physician at University of Michigan. His behavior has no empathy for people I work hard for my money that $140 that hes keeping of mine is my food for the week and my gas money to get back-and-forth to work I'm trying to better my life not be taken advantage of I have a receipt from my week that was paid up and I have a text message of him saying he would pay it back to me and I have the text message of him saying nope After you left there will wipes down the toilet so I'm not paying you back can you please help me with this His phone number is ********** his name is Steven ******** and he is in recovery Housing owner I wish I would have looked at the reviews of this place before I came Here I asked him why I didn't sign no contract and he said he forgot Thank you so much for reviewing this I look forward to hearing from you you can contact me at **********

    Another company have filed to garnish my check for the same account Aplha Recovery and myself already had a payment agreement. I Have been making payments with Alpha since 2020, upon our agreement my payments would be reflected to the original company i owed. I have not seen this happen. My balance is still the same. This new company told me a price that seems incorrect of what I owe compared to what i had with Alpha. I only found out that the company has been permanently closed though here. I am requesting to receive a letter with my original balance and remaining balance along with a payment history. Can someone please assist me in getting the this information(asap) sent to me by email/fax? I have to return back to court with this information in 2 weeks Thank you.

    In December of 2020, I had disputed a debt with Alpha Recovery Corp. Afterwards I hadn't heard back from them, so I assumed that the debt had been resolved. Today, I looked into the matter to confirm, but I was surprised to see that Alpha Recovery Corp is now closed. If my debt is still not resolved I have no idea who to contact, so I would greatly appreciate a response to sort out this matter. My account number with Alpha is 6608716.
