    Terrible communication and awful customer service! They DO NOT card if you are their customer or ******** yourself the frustration and use a different company!

    I started service and within one month I felt I had to terminate service. I had called twice to get information on service. What I was told and the direction I was given turned out to be completely incorrect, which is an issue, but not the end of the world. However, when I called in the person who answer (Maraya) was short, very unhelpful, but more than anything had an attitude and tone of voice that lacked respect, any level of customer service or care, and that she could care less about my situation. All the while I was very calm and respectful. I asked why she was being this way and her reply reaffirmed my experience when she wanted me to terminate service. I asked for her supervisor at which time she informed me she was the supervisor. Obviously I terminated service and on a positive note, they did not (at least not yet) charge me for one week of service. I am a small business owner, so I don't take lightly giving a negative review. In fact, this is the FIRST I have ever given. If you do try this service I hope you have better luck and if you don't, good luck with ******, but maybe I just caught her on a very bad day.

    Neighbor of a Crush Disposal customer here . . . They are terrible and so disrespectful. They consistently come well before 7am (which is when the law says they can begin for the day). I have contacted them multiple times and they come EARLIER. That says a lot to me about their character. Today is was 6:13am when their back up beeper started blaring through my quiet neighborhood. I won't do business with them ever and have already contacted my ci** to file a formal complaint. Why would you trust someone who regularly disregards laws and disrespects others with your banking information? Therr are ple ** of other options . . .other neighbors use BCD and **************** and we have never had any issue with either of them.

    I normally only write reviews when I am really happy with service. Unfortunately, I am not very happy with Crush. I used them for two years. The first year went well. The second year they've had what seems like a lot of turnover with drivers, and many times forgetting to pick up our recycling. Just in the last two months, they have NOT picked up recycling 3 times! We have an ****** in our house and a lot of trash and recycling gets produced, so it piles up and is pretty frustrating when it doesn't get picked up. I finally decided to switch companies, but because I prepaid for the quarter, they won't give me a refund, AND they said they can't refund me for the last 2 times my recycling was never picked up! They at least could have avoided this bad review by refunding me the small amount of services I paid for and did not use.

    I've been using Crush for the past three years and my experience has been very positive. **************** has always been extremely responsive and helpful. I definitely recommend them.

    I love this company! They haven't missed a pick up in the 4 years I have been with them. They bring my cans back to the gate and always take what I put out for pick up. I have been with the others who don't even rate compared to Crush!

    The absolute best company in ******. They always take what we have left out, and are always courteous and bring cans up to the house. Prices are very competitive.

    I forgot about pickup after 4th of July. I saw the truck start to pass, and ran outside. He stopped! Actually took the time to get my 3 bins of trash. He was pleasant. That would never had happen with waste management. Im so thankful for you. I have gone through the process of companies not caring about clients. Nice to see you care.

    Our recycle driver took cardboard boxes and put in his truck! Way to go Crush. We switched from Waste Mangement and we are so pleased our HOA is saving money and we get much better service. ********************

    ***** was hard working during the snow storm 2 weeks ago... ***** is always reliable and I do Love Crush. I just moved to them from Waste Connection. Thanks CRUSH. *****************************
