Can I give ten stars? Let me start by saying I was in the middle of a crisis and had no clue what I was going to do to bridge the gap in funds. I literally went online and started researching how to borrow against my luxury bags and some pieces of jewelry. I was concerned about going in a traditional **** shop where I have to deal with people through the glass and everyone in my business. I sent an inquiry and ***** from ******** office responded and has been right by the phone throughout this process and reachable from start to finish They were friendly, knowledgeable, easy to work with. The **************** is beautiful. I felt safe with my transaction and I will be using them again and again and again whenever I get into a situation where I may need a little help.
