Make sure you take pictures/videos of your property *************** them. Then take after photos/videos.************ will say you cant prove the damage was their fault. Thats why Im saying do before and after photos/videos.I did a business transaction with ************. The painters scratched my floor moving my appliances when, in fact, ************ stated that they dont have to move the appliances. They can paint around it and make it look pretty. They will leave paint for the next owner in case they want to paint the rest.The painters said they didnt do it. They protected everything and they did a good job. They later admitted to doing the scratches. They came back and stained the floor and that did not cover the scratches and apologized and said it happens.************ said the scratches were there before they got there. He also blamed the scratches on my stuff being in stacks on the floor. He said I didnt notice the scratches. The owner also said I cant prove they did it since I wasnt here during the painting. I have video proof that they were lying saying they didnt do it and turned around and apologized and said it was the presentation on the floor. There is a lot more to this. I have the pictures and videos, but I cannot post them here.

It is unfortunate that things did not go well with ******************. It is possible that *********** scratched the floor when they pulled out the appliances in ******************' kitchen.  After the $3,500 paint job was complete, and before she paid us any money for that paint job (since we don't take deposits on our paint jobs), she accused us of causing every scratch and discoloration in the four-year-old vinyl flooring throughout her home that she shares with her big dog. I offered to give her the paint job for free so she could use that $3,500 to purchase some new flooring.  She immediately agreed.  ****************** failed to mention that in her review.
