      I contracted with Shift Workspace for a virtual mailbox around 03/1/25. On 6/27/25 I contacted Shift Workspace to see what mail I had received. They confirmed that I had received one piece of mail for me from Arapahoe County Courts. They told me that the mail had already been picked up for that day. However, they advised me that it would be forwarded by **** by priority mail on 6/30/25 to my POB *****************************. On 6/30/25 I received an email from ****** ******* confirming that my mail had been forwarded by **** by priority mail. However, two weeks later and I still have not received the mail. I contacted ****** ******* on 7/7/25 a week later and advised her I still had not received the mail. ****** ******* stated that she contacted ********** the platform that they use to ship their mail. She stated that they do not have a tracking number, receipt or any record of the transaction. I then reached out to the **** and they stated that when items are shipped by Priority mail that it generates a tracking number. So, after talking to both the **** and the ********** and the information they provided. I do not believe that my item was shipped out at all. There is no paper trail or proof it was sent out. However, I was charged for postage which I have demanded a refund. But, it was never addressed by the supervisor Summer ***** or ****** *******. I'm ending my business relationship with this company. I don't trust them handling my mail anymore. They did not even apologize. I will have to make a trip out of state and take time. This is two valuable resources.

      I spoke with Summer this morning, and I wanted to confirm a few details:
      A refund was processed on 7/15 to your debit card ending in 8654.
      The related mail item (Tracking Number: **********************) shows as delivered on 7/17.


      Summer also mentioned that you may still be interested in staying on with us at Shift. If thats not the case, I completely understand and would be happy to help release you from your agreement and make this right.
