    Solicited my apartment which is a gated and closed community. Very distinct signs everywhere before entering the property, stating that you are not allowed to scolecite, leave handbills, anything on the property.

    I am going to go find this company. They have moved me before, twice and I set up a move with them for Dec. 10m 2023 and since I am getting close to that date, tried to call them, no answer and states their phone system is full. Cannot get hold of them in any way or fashion but need to find out if they still have my move on their books. This is so exasperating!!! The website does not give you any way to contact them via email. I would like to speak to one of you at Moving U about my move set up with you. Please contact me asap so I can finish this set up or I will have to find another mover. ***************************************

    Thank you for letting us know regarding the voicemail.  I will contact ******* as it should never be full.  I apologize for your frustration in reaching us.  I looked at the website and our email address is at the top right next to the phone number, but you are correct it could be more obvious.  I just responded via email to our previous correspondence we've had to set up your move, this way you have our email fresh in your inbox and don't have to sort through lots of messages to find us again.  I will also have ***** or myself call with in the next 24 hours.
