I have experienced no finer HVAC folks than Gayle & Randy *******. They installed my A/C when I first purchased my home in 2017, and they made many improvements in the furnace itself to make it run more smoothly and quietly, as well as swapping out a lame thermostat with one that was far more dependable. They were quick to respond (within hours) when my furnace malfunctioned on the coldest day of the year this February (negative 5 degrees outside, 60 degrees inside) and they came back several times to complete the repair and to reinstall my A/C coils and check the refrigerant charge when the weather warmed back up. They are my #1 (actually, my ONLY) go-to HVAC contractor. I trust their knowledge, expertise, and simple common sense, and look forward to a long and mutually fruitful relationship with them for years to come. They are simply the best!
