      Aspen Group was hired by our HOA to replace the siding on our unit and others throughout our complex. During the removal of the old siding and installation of the new siding, six of our window screens were damaged and eight window wraps were damaged and removed. The window screening was replaced with a substandard material not the original Truscene Screen material. The window wraps were never replaced leaving a gap between the windows and the trim Aspen Group put around the windows. The purpose of the wrap is to keep rain, wind, etc. from getting into the walls. Representatives of the Aspen Group on site said that the window wraps were only cosmetic which is apparently not true. Both the window wraps and screens need to be replaced with Renewal by ******** parts. A service technician looked at the damage, took pictures and measurements. A quote for the replacement items and repairs is attached.
