      We have been working with ***** and ***** for over a year with planning and purchasing of carpet for our home. They were exceptionally patient with our decision as they educated ** over and over about the types of carpets that would be best for our lifestyle. Their communication was superior and always responded by phone. High Country Flooring made the whole experience effortless. Extremely satisfied with the carpet and installation. A phone call was made following to make sure we were satisfied. There are a lot of carpet companies to choose from and High Country Flooring made this experience personal and truly cared about what our goal was.

      I personally do not recommend doing business with high country flooring (but you do what you want). They were insulting to me in my home, as were their contractors. The contractors caused damage to multiple things in my house, some of which that I had to hire outside contractors to come and repair. At first they were apologetic and helpful, but then they furthermore threatened me - a 25 year old first time home owner - with litigation on the claims of defamation over my previous BBB review which I have been forced to edit under threat of a lawsuit that would cause more stress and anguish on my family; despite everything we’ve already gone through over this whole ordeal that was not our fault to begin with. I personally found it unprofessional and immoral to threaten a young inexperienced adult with legal action over an experience that their contractors poor workmanship caused. It seems predatory to me and it made our Thanksgiving week really miserable stressing over the threats of a business that’s already caused enough grief in our life, especially for folks that claim to be Christian’s. Granted, some of it was not the fault of the owners but rather the fault of their contractors - I still believe it could’ve been handled better by the ownership. I was really hurt and disappointed by the whole experience. I have asked them to not contact me again. I’m glad it’s over now and I hope to never have to deal with them again. They have said they want to put it behind them also, so hopefully they keep their word on that, at least, effective immediately.
