    I purchased a horse from this woman in good thaith. Sent her ****. ***** got injured in her care prior to shipping. I asked her money back she refused. We went to court and end by some result the judge didnt get it she got the horse and money. I was from ct shes in co. Do not buy from her. I was feeling like the judge knew her or the lawyer that helped the defendant in this case. The judge was coaching the defendant.

    I have chosen to ignore ******** ******* continuous complaints on my personal pages and her friends leaving comments then blocking me, preventing me from responding. Per my attorney, ***************.The injury sustained by the ************************* contracted to purchase was a superficial laceration requiring four sutures to close and a tetanus shot was given by the vet doing the ******* and health certificate. The injury in no way diminished the value of the colt as the area was shaved and the hair regrew covering the area. This was verified by multiple sources and passed on to ***************************** by text message and multiple photos of the area. *************** consequently broke the contract by refusing to pick up the colt and also refused to remain in contact with her shipper. Multiple solutions were offered to *************** in hopes of avoiding going to court. ***************************** rejected all offers. She further stated she worked for a law firm and stated "Look it up". The presiding Judge, after hearing all evidence ruled in favor of the seller on all accounts. The court asked ***************************** multiple times if she wanted the colt and she refused possession each time. Do to the judgement in my favor and her displeasure, ***************************** has launched a slander campaign against my name and business Purple Sage Paints.
