    This company multiple visits late March '24 to mid April '24 They came to repair a leak in the a/c - heating unit. The technician blamed it on the maintenance man not fixing the leak properly several days prior. He claimed it was now repaired properly. The following week the unit leaked again. The same tech came again, realized he was wrong and misdiagnosed the problem. He worked on the unit for 5 hours but was unable to complete the repair and said he'd be back first thing the next day, but he didn't show up until 2 PM. At 3pm he said it was all fixed and everything was working fine. I asked him if he tested and ran the unit since it was completely taken apart. He answered no. I asked to please run the ** and heat to verify they were working properly. It seemed a fair and reasonable request since he had taken the entire unit apart. He agreed to run/test both and said everything was working correctly and departed. Within a few minutes I realized the ** was not cold, and it was getting hot in here while the ** was running. I caught up with the contractor outside, and he said he would not come back in unless his boss told him to. He became belligerent, nasty, and borderline abusive, and said "how do I know the ** wasn't working before I arrived"? So I walked away. An hour later he knocked on. the door, and attempted to repair the a/c but was unsuccessful...and said he'd return the following Monday. No show - the company said they be here on wednesday. This time no show, no call. They went AWOL. KEA is no longer permitted to work here.
