Extremely disappointed in this company. I had a few estimates on my fence replacement and was really pleased with the salesman that came to my house so I chose Metro Fence to do the work. I returned my quote on June 30th and he was supposed to turn it into the production team who would then contact me within a week to schedule. I continued to reach out to him by email as to where we were in the process, no response. I finally emailed the company and I imagine the receptionist called and left a message on July 27th saying that salesman was no longer with the company and she would have someone else reach out to me. I have yet to hear from anyone else. So apparently employees leave and no one else within the company takes over their jobs or follows up with the customers they were working with? That's horrible customer service! Thankfully I didn't give them any money.

First and foremost, I apologize for your experience. We fell short in offering you the customer service you deserve. We worked hard to ensure during the transition period of hiring the additional sales associate that we avoided your exact situation. Unfortunately, in your case, we failed. We have since hired a new sales associate and we are addressing previous files to the best of our ability. We have been in business for 38 years and our goal is to provide the best customer experience. I apologize we did not reach that bar for you.
