  i concur with every other post I read here. We wish there was a way to get Beneficent out to every family needing professional help navigating the Medicaid process for protecting assets while insuring that their loved ones get the professional long term care they need. I thank God every day for the service they provide. It would have been impossible to do what they did for me, on my own. Do not wait another minute. Put your mind at ease. Give them a call.

  Beneficent, and especially *****, was extremely helpful to me in learning how to qualify my Dad for Medicaid. During our consult, she pointed out that his case was fairly straight-forward and would not need their in-depth, longer-term assistance. Even when it was apparent that her and her office wouldn't be collecting a fee for the more extensive help, she packed the hour with a ton of helpful information for me. Normally, I would have expected minimal help at that point, but ***** was super kind and walked my husband and I through all the details. She sent me many forms and other information and gave me detailed instructions on what to do. We went from "lost" to very informed in 60 minutes, and she received nothing for it! She could not have been more kind and helpful. We are already making another appointment to discuss my husband's parents, one of whom is suffering from advanced Parkinsons. They are a true class act. Highly recommended!

  Beneficent was so helpful on our journey thru this experience, I do not know how a average family or person could navigate thru this without someone for assistance, like the detail and assistance that Beneficent was able to provide. I would recommend anyone using this service. ****** ******

  Needing assistance in getting my brother qualified for Medicaid, I learned of Beneficent, a LTC Medicaid Consulting Group that provides long-term care guidance during the process. In my case, the issue was in sifting through the overwhelming required piles of forms and documents, along with maneuvering through all the red tape. *** ******* *****, a Beneficent representative, contacted me within days of my sending an email to Beneficent detailing my brother's medical history and his need for assistance. A conference call with *** ***** and Beneficent CEO ***** ******* followed. Both made me feel comfortable, listening to my struggles & repeated failures to follow all of Medicaid's requirements. Both gave me their promise they would support me through the difficulties going forward & that they would be there for me no matter what. *** ***** kept me updated on my brother's application status at every turn. She showed me patience & kindness; and made certain to be available to answer any questions. My affiliation with *** ***** kept me optimistic about a successful outcome, because of her caring nature & genuine concern for my family & me as people and not just as numbers on her clients’ list. *** ***** exhibited two crucial qualities that every employee of any organization should have when interacting with clients… patience & respect. *** ***** extended both to me and, made me feel as if my concerns, and more substantially, I, were important. She had sensed my anxiety and did everything to put me at ease. Never did she fluctuate in her kind treatment of me during our numerous contacts. She unequivocally went above & beyond to provide professional service. Her knowledge & commitment to both her job and client were greatly appreciated. Confident and competent to help me quickly move from a place of fear to one of ****** They blew up all I thought I knew of Medicaid qualification, assured me I would be able to preserve my savings, my house and secure my wife the care she needs. ******* partnered seamlessly with my financial advisor to make sure I would be taken care of in my retirement, completed all the applications necessary - trustworthy, accessible, patient, compassionate, professional. I will be forever grateful.

  I really dont know where to start with this review. Beneficent has done such a great job of taking care of my familys needs.******* really helped me navigate through the whole process. She took the time to explain every step of the process very clearly to me. She was very passionate and caring about helping my family through this tough time in our lives. My family really appreciated *******s patience, kindness, and support. We truly love her. She is awesome and represents everything Beneficent is about. I also had the pleasure of working with *******s co-worker, *******, and the owner *****, and they were just as pleasant as ******** They gave me facts and did not sugarcoat anything that we would have to go through.   The team at Beneficent were wonderful and warm. They explained everything so well to set our minds at ease and it made the process so much easier. I had the confidence to know that the long term care benefits that my mom needed would be approved since we were supported at every step by professionals with a lot of experience with this. I highly recommend Beneficent! Medicaid eligibility is complicated and overwhelming and can easily go wrong from just one wrong step. Beneficent made this process not so scary, and I could tell that they really know what they are doing. I can tell you from experience that they are worth every penny and so reassuring not to go through this alone.

  *** ** I'm not sure if I can put into words, enough good things to say about Beneficent, from beginning to end. ****** was very knowledgeable, and the initial consultation was crystal clear. Made the decision to move forward an easy one. Once we began the process, gathering documentation and sending it in was such a relief. Government applications of any kind are confusing and often not easy to fill out. As well, knowing the Beneficent Team would handle any appeal if necessary was a huge plus for us. Ours went thru without an appeal. Can't say enough about *******, our case manager. She made herself available and responded promptly to email, calls and text messages. She took the time to not only respond, but answer and explain in detail, from the questions I had along the way. It was extremely comforting to know we had representation going thru this process. I would highly recommend Beneficent to anyone. They'll not only do the work but guide you thru the process, which takes such a load off. I agree with the reviews below..." An amazing Team".

  Beneficent has been amazing. I would never have imagined I could get my wife (who has early-onset dementia) approved for Medicaid based on the rules for qualification. Beneficent helped my lawyers and financial advisors understand how things would need to change to protect our assets. They completed and filed the very complex ************** Medicaid application. I have been the sole care provider for my wife for years. When I could afford it, I would pay for private (respite care), Within weeks of having the application approved, we have gotten an enrollment coordinator who helped us find a care provider and get them signed up to help me provide care for my wife. I now have the relief I have been needing for quite some time and my wife is getting the help she so desperately needs. I cannot thank Beneficent enough for how they have changed our lives!Working with Beneficent is like having a loving and caring family by your side. The CEO of Beneficent, made herself available for my financial advisors and Lawyers, on their schedule, to educate them on the process we were going to undertake. She was available to me whenever I needed her. She quickly assigned me a case manager. The case manager worked with my finance teams and the state to coordinate EVERYTHING. Even when she had to leave for maternity leave, at a critical point in the process, another case manager seamlessly took over. The transition was so seamless that conversations I was having with the first, continues with the second without a skip.Beneficent is such a helpful organization that meets a critical need with an amazing team!
