    The main contact, ****, has NOT shown up to do the work that my insurance company WAS TO PAY, Total Roofing, for damages to my home. They have already paid, $12,500. To have the work completed! She has given me over 5 stupid excuses for not finishing the work, week after week.. PLEASE DO NOT USE TOTAL ROOFING AND **** FOR YOUR INSURANCE DAMAGES

    Lead was called into our office on July 15. **** met with H/O on 7/16. After trying to work with the solar company that installed the solar panels for the previous homeowner, we eventually looked on PPRBD after being ghosted, that they were no longer licensed with PPRBD. We found another company to do the detach and reset. The contract was finally signed on 9/24 after homeowner had to think about it. A deposit was made on the contract on 9/24. The solar panels were removed on 9/28 & 9/29 (Homeowner contracted with *************** Material delivered on 9/27, roof completed on 9/30, passed inspection on 10/2. We then informed the solar company that they could proceed with the re-attachment, which is scheduled for the week of 10/14. There are still some minor siding repairs, glazing bead and painting which we can take care of next week. We like to schedule the additional trades after the roof is completed. I am not sure where the 5 stupid excuses comment would come from for not finishing as far as we can see, there was a cancellation due to a personal family emergency from Friday 10/4 through Tuesday of this week. The homeowner did let **** know it all had to be done by November, which we are still on schedule for. I have personally talked with **** and the Production Manager ***** ***** on this and will get this claim all closed out for her if she wishes us to do so. If not, we will change the just the roof, as she is paying the solar company directly since we are not licensed to do that work, and she can have someone else finish up. I feel we acted in a timely manner to get everything all done.

    We had ******* and his crew come to replace our entire roof. We have a semi-large roof and they got it all done in one day and did an EXCELLENT job. ******* stayed in touch with me from start to finish, made the process easy to understand and work with. He went above and beyond for me and I can't thank him and Total Roofing enough. It was an absolute pleasure working with ******* and his crew. We had zero issues during the process and couldn't be happier.

    I do not recommend. I caught the roofing crew nailing shingles down directly on the plywood without any felt. After confronting them they were forced to rework that section of roof. They also left the job without replacing the shingles on a section of *******. After several calls they finally came back and finished the work 2 1/2 weeks later. They left a stack of drip edge and flashing in my yard when they left. They damaged my house, chipping paint off the gutters, getting black asphalt marks on my tan-colored brick, gouged the siding, and scratched the glass in my windows including a 9-foot picture window. I tried to contact the owner to discuss, but he did not return my call. Will never use them again.

    We are sorry your experience with Total Roofing was not a good one. We do have 2 of the issues documented in our system, but not the others. please let us set up an appointment with one of the owners to walk through your concerns, so we can rectify the issues you mentioned.
