      We lost our 31 year old daughter unexpectedly. She lived in **, we are in **. I called several places and this one was affordable. The quote was for $1480 all in, including shipping her remains to me in ** and for 4 death certificates. When the invoice was emailed the price suddenly jumped to $2021. Calls and conversations were met with unsatisfactory responses, none of which came from the director himself (the one who gave me the quote), they came from the person who answered the phone. Predatory practices such as this when a family is already emotionally devastated, we were packing up our daughters life and relocating our 14 year old grandson are absolutely ridiculous. After reading the other complaints, which I should have researched before, this company and its owner should be shut down and not allowed to operate again!

      We had horrible customer service. Our loved one passed on Easter. We contacted this legacy company to do the cremation and was first quoted a lower price. And then it jumped up 600 dollars. Well we were already devastated and to get this after it was already set up was ridiculous. Also the communication between them and our family was terrible. We didn't have no clue where his body was and where they were sending him to be cremated. As of today, 3 weeks later, we still don't have his remains. I've never been so upset. I wouldn't give any stars

      If I could give this company zero stars I would. I have now waited three weeks for my grandfather to be cremated - and they do not give you any calls or information - I had to call them MULTIPLE times to find out that my grandfather hasn't even been cremated because they apparently required more documentation (which had never been communicated with me). They do not treat loved ones with dignity or respect, only as money. I am disgusted and hurt and hope no other family has to go through the nightmare of dealing with Legacy like we have, especially during a time of mourning or grief. This company should not exist and they have had multiple lawsuits with the ****

      Please take them off the internet! They wasted 3 weeks of my time as we were struggling to get rights of my mother. Which when I talked to an actual cremation service it can be handled in 48 hours!! Scam! Scam! Scam! Thankfully we did not give them money

      This company is preying on people that are going through a very emotional time. They lure you in with a website that says cremation starts at $695. They sub their work out to other companies and send you paperwork (DO NOT SIGN) to sign for 3 times the "starts at" number. When you discover this, your loved ones body has been removed and you feel like you now have to pay whatever. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE FOLKS!!!

      Same problem as those below. They are a middle man that just makes a call to the funeral home that you should go through. Then, they get paid an extra $500 for this phone call. Total rip off. Please do your homework to find a reputable funeral/cremation place. I can't believe they take advantage of people during their time of loss.

      Wow, what can I say about this company. Please DO NOT use it. They seem nice in the beginning, but they just want your money. I spoke to ** on the phone and he apparently went over the cost of the cremation. When we got the invoice, it was $515 over the quote. Additionally, we were charged a credit card usage fee of $54 and mailing fee of $125: but the postage was only $53 from ****** I spoke to ** about the additional charges and he said he forgot to inform us the other fees. Going thru emotional trauma, people must deal with incompetent employees charging fees that some people cant afford. SO PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. In an addition, they gave us copy of the death certificate to proofread. We corrected it and they still got it wrong. In which case they charged us $144. Unfortunately, I was out of town and someone recommended this place and she was happy with them. I trusted her word and dealt with this incompetent company. I wish I did my homework and found something better. So please, buyer beware. Do not use this company.

      I wish I could leave a zero star review. These people are bait and switch rip off scammers. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! Fortunately, we caught on before they got any money from **. Taking advantage of people at a low time like this is unforgivable!!! Why are these people still in business?

      NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! My brother died on May 8, 2022. Today is May 24 and his body is still at the coroner's office! I have paid $2,050 which is $500 more than I was quoted and all I have to show for it is 4 death certificates. I now have to pay $400 to the coroner's office to get them to release the body so the cremation services that I paid for 2 weeks ago can be performed. NO ONE, NOT THE FUNERAL COMPANY NOR THE CORONER'S OFFICE SAID ANYTHING TO ME ABOUT A $400 FEE! When I called the funeral home to inquire I was upset to say the least. The funeral director (His name is AJ) was beligerent and defensive and yelled at me that this was MY fault. I should have known about the fee and taken care of it. He then told me to hold as he was going to take another call. I wish I had looked them up before going with them. Please don't use them! This review won't allow me to leave a zero star rating so I had to check the 1 star.
