We purchased a ***************************************************** from Tech For Less on 6/30/19. The sale amount was done by *********** and was for $1,429.97. The item was advertised as in perfect condition, however an open box item. The item arrived 1-3 weeks later by freight. It was shipped to ********************************* We purchased the item during the July 4th sale, although we did not need it right away. Reason: I was told of the great sale and prices would go up in the future. IN addition, this was an open item which is rare to come by. My concern was we did not need it for a couple months. I asked if it sat in a storage center for a couple months if it could ruin. I was told it wouldn't but no worries it is warrantied. For this reason, we purchased it to get the sale and we kept it in a storage garage until our new home at ************************************ Was ready to be moved into. Today, 10/11/19 we moved in and unboxed the TV to set up. The TV looked perfect everywhere except the back of the TV was discolored. It was like a lighter black color vs the dark black everywhere else, giving it the impression of a scratch, but it was not a scratch or dent. IT was just oddly discolored in a streak. I am not concerned about that because it can't be seen. The concern is the scratch on the TV screen. TV's have stickers on the lower right corner which are usually small. This TV had a larger sticker on the lower right corner. The sticker was not damaged and was in good shape, however when peeling the sticker off, you could see a large deep scratch that it concealed. In addition, the sticker was glued on vs. the normal way you would put a sticker on. In the photos I included you can see the part of the stick that won't come off the TV due to the glue. IN addition, you can see the scratch was perfectly concealed by the sticker. I feel frauded as if the sticker was put on there to conceal the scratch from the get-go. I called the company the same day we open it, 10/11/19 and spoke to *******. She spoke to a manager and told me they will not do anything about it. I am stuck with the TV and them with my money. Her reason was you only have 30 days. This is so wrong, as I made clear I was buying the TV ahead of schedule do to a sale and would have in storage. I was assured if anything went wrong, its warrantied. This turned out not to be the case. The company does not work that way. The day I learned of the issue; I report it. They sold me damaged items that were not as advertised or promised. Further, they seemed to try to conceal the damage in doing what they did. Last, they went against our understanding of I can keep it in storage and if there is an issue it's covered under a warranty. Can you help?

Ordered a TV for my husband for Father's day. They said we could set up an appointment for when it was delivered, as someone had to sign for it. Appointment day came and went, no TV. My husband had been trying to reach them for three days now and can't get a response from the company via email and phone. So am I now out of $750?

Sorry to hear your shipments was delayed due to the shipping company we used. We had communications going back and forth with you since June 9, when we started working with the freight company to figure out why the shipment took longer than expected. Due to various circumstances, we do now sometimes see longer ship times, and I am glad to see your TV was delivered on the 12th.
