- AKC accepts credit cards, debit cards, Venmo, CashApp, checks or cash as payments methods- the customer has the choice as to what works best for them and can be changed as needed. Credit cards can be stored on file for automatic payments if preferred. Receipts are provided for all transactions.
- Refund and Exchange Policy
- AKC provides a 24 hour review guarantee- if your cleaning does not meet the standards we set, we will come back to correct those items in a timely manner. If a payment is made and the cleaning does NOT happen, a full refund will be provided to the payment method used (time of refund on credit/debit cards is determined by the credit/debit card company). If standards are not met, we will fix those errors before discussing a refund. Once the cleaning is completed, there are no exchanges or changes to what was agreed upon to be cleaned. Refunds are not granted for items not completed that were not listed on the invoice/paid for.
