    On June 11, 2025, Mr. **** ******** agreed to assist with my move from ******* to ************ **. I promptly provided all necessary details, and the total contract amount was to be based on the number of hours worked, with a pre-paid deposit of $150 paid on July 23, 2025, as requested by Mr. ********* I was unfamiliar with the practice of pre-paying a deposit for moving services, but I complied. The remaining balance was to be settled upon completion of the move.On the scheduled move date of July 25, 2025, Mr. ******** informed me that his crew could not complete the move due to an accident and agreed to reschedule for July 26, 2025. However, on that date, I received no communication from Mr. ********* my calls went unanswered, and no one arrived to complete the ******* a result, I had to hire another moving company, incurring additional costs. To date, despite multiple requests, I have not received a refund for the $150 deposit. Furthermore, I lost $500 in income (at a rate of $62.50/hour), and my friend lost $576.96 (at $72.12/hour), as both of us had to take time off work to ensure the move was ************ total, my financial damages due to his breach of contract amount to $1,226.96. Please note that his continued withholding of the deposit may be in violation of Colorado law. I have read other reviews online with the exact same account I have had with this company.

    Letter from my attorney: ESC ******** ******** & ****** Re: Moving Agreement with *********************** I am writing on behalf of Ms. ****** ***** regarding your breach of the oral agreement to provide moving services on July 25, 2025, and the resulting damages. As you are aware, on June 11, 2025, you agreed to assist Ms. ***** with her move from **************************************************************** to ************************************************************* Ms. ***** accepted your offer and promptly provided the necessary details for the move. The total contract amount was to be based on the number of hours worked, with a pre-paid deposit of $150, which Ms. ***** paid on July 23, 2025. The remaining balance was to be settled upon completion of the move. On the scheduled move day, July 25, 2025, you informed Ms. ***** that your crew was unable to complete the move due to an accident, and you agreed to reschedule the move for the following day, July 26, 2025. However, on that day, you failed to communicate with Ms. ****** did not answer or return her calls, and no one arrived to complete the move. As a result, Ms. ***** was forced to hire another moving company at an additional cost. To date, despite repeated requests, you have not refunded the $150 deposit. Furthermore, Ms. ***** incurred additional financial losses as a direct result of your failure to fulfill the contract. She lost $500 in income (based on a rate of $62.50 per hour), and her friend lost $576.96 in income (at $72.12 per hour), as both had to take time off work to ensure the move was completed. In total, Ms. ******* damages amount to $1,226.96 due to your breach of contract. Please be advised that your continued withholding of the deposit may constitute a violation Colorado law. If Ms. ***** does not hear from you within five (5) days regarding your plan to reimburse her, she will pursue all legal recourse available to her. Respectfully, **** H. *********
