I have hired Omini-Financial to correct some Tax issues that happened with a bad bookkeeper. I have been promised after $50k that the final paperwork will be submitted by the end of 2021. As of now, they are saying they are out of time and this will happen sometime in 2022. During this, I have written emails (not only today, but for weeks asking the status of my issue) to talk to the president of the company and my main point in contact, ***** *****, has verbally told me this will not happen. ***** has also made verbally said I was manic and crazy because I sent emails at 6am in the morning. I am a business owner, and I start my day early. I am needing what was paid for and promiesd to be completed by 12/31/2021, which is the complete offer and the follow though. I am requesting that the Owner/President of Omni make this right since my communication with ***** is now turning hostile.Business response
