    I wonder if ***** ******* ** has any involvement with this? Definitely appears to be a scam operation and that it is very convincing, especially when they have ***** **** introduction to this product. The *** as well of the *** should get involved with this.I will contact washington d c and see what I can do about it.

    This is a SCAM. As an adjunct to this comment review, the website petitions a person to expedite results by taking three tablets daily; HOWEVER, the Daily USAGE instructions instruct the user to take one (1) tablet per day. Moreover, the CAUTION WARNING states, "Do not exceed recommended dose" (i.e., one (1) tablet per day).Respectfully,Dr. *** ******

    Received my package, tried to reach out three times (have email proof) to use the 100% satisfaction 60 - day money back guarantee as stated online and in sales promotions. There has been ZERO response. I have also left a voice mail message with my name, order number, phone number and email address as requested with no response. The lack of customer service is WRONG!!!

    Beware of this business/product. They advertise using a testimonial from ****** *****, the *** medical correspondent. This advertisement is an AI deep fake. ****** ***** has verified that it is a deep fake on his page of the *** website. I would not trust this business or this product based on this fraudulent use of ****** ***** testimonial.

    This is a scam operation and false advertising. They have refused to cancel order of issue full refunds as the ad stated that it would. They have offered 35% and then 50% of purchase price. Please do not order from this company.

    Same thing happened to me tried to cancel order within hours of order. ***** to offer discount. I just got shipment i am promptly returning it with RMA# they provided w/o request. Sent them email everyday with cc: my attorney WITH CANCEL IMMEDIATELY DEMANDS PRIOR TO SHIPPING. To no avail. I am returning with *** noted in large print. I will also reply to email with tracking number. Screen shot of email!! and photo of package with RMA number to address they noted. I will request signature. I am writing on outside of package (i never opened) *************NEUROCEPT!!!

    After receiving products I read reviews and the reviews were not good reviews. Most reviews say not to take the product. I am a senior citizen and my only income is ss check. I feel I was taken advantage of an could not get all monies refunded.. I do not recommend anyone buying Neurocept.. please check with BBB and reviews before purchasing anything on line..

    DO NOT BUY!!!!I watched an hour-long video online on how to prevent dementia, which my mother had.This man was so convincing that he could win an Oscar. I ordered them and started reading reviews. It even says on their website that you can get a full refund if you return it; they even have other actors saying how easy it is to return.I called the same day and asked them not to send the product. The person said Oh, just try it and we will return your money back This conversation lasted 30 minutes.After that, I called every day, and they didn't answer and never returned my calls or emails. I didn't open the package; I don't feel safe taking something that was not clinically studied.The *** should look into this scam that is clearly right in front of our faces.

    I attempted to cancel this order 7 minutes after placing. They said it was already in processing ***** 13 I have not received shipment and will refuse it and dispute it with my credit card company This is a scam company Do not do business with them. They offered me a 35% refund 7 days ago and I have not seen it yet They lie.
