    As with many others I placed an order, I did actually receive one of the albums and in great condition. However I never received the other. Then when they sent out the email they said they would cancel orders that used the code if they were for more than was owed. They had the album I previously ordered on their site but had now upped the price by over $20 so I sent them an email wanting to check with them before using the code. Almost four months later, no response, no album, and the album I ordered and paid for is no longer listed.

    There should be an option to leave fewer stars than 1. Sentinel Vinyl is now The Disc Vault. Different name, same issue.
    I ordered an album in early 2023 and never received it. It was so long ago that I actually forgot that I ordered it from them, until they sent me an email with a code allowing me to choose an album for around the same value as the product that I originally ordered. Purchase with the code went fine and looked legit.
    Until the order was canceled unceremoniously and without explanation a week later. Now, I'm out $70 and have a vendor that won't respond to my messages about the order, and won't compensate for their poor/failed service.
    This business should no longer BE IN business. They don't know how to conduct business properly.

    I ordered two vinyls. One is easily found on other websites. The other is years out of production, but can be found here and there for premium prices. I found it listed on Sentinel Vinyl for a low price, and it indicated it would be shipped in about a month. Two months later, nothing shipped. I emailed to get an update and was told they were waiting for the harder to find vinyl to be in stock. I was told the "good news" was that the record labels are starting to catch up on their production backlog. When I asked how this applied to a vinyl that was out of production. I received no response. After a week, I requested my order be cancelled with a full refund. Within two minutes, I received a response offering a "special" refund for 115% in the form of a store credit. I said no, and demand a full refund to my original form of payment. I received no further communication and ended up doing a chargeback on my credit card. My bank didn't even give the typical "we'll look into it" response, and my dispute immediately came back as resolved. Clearly, the banks are familiar with Sentinel Vinyl's practices.

    Ordered records almost a year ago. Hunt received them. Tried to refund my money but blamed on Pay Pals 6 month policy. Absolutely horrible Scam!!

    I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
    I ordered 3 records on 8/10/24. None of them were out of stock/on back order/pre-ordered. I received 1 on 8/20/24. I emailed them on 8/30/24 & asked when I could expect the other 2. They replied that they are a small company & would mail them within the next couple of weeks. They lied! I received them 10/15/24.I will not order from them again. I guess I can consider myself lucky. I've read some reviews where people didn't receive their records at all and are still waiting.

    I ordered 5 LPs in November of 2023. They only shipped 1. After repeated attempts to contact them without reply, I finally contacted my bank to issue a dispute charge in March of 2024. Only after issuing this claim with my bank did they finally ship 3 of the 4 remaining LPs on my order. They sent proof of shipment to my bank which caused my bank to close the case. It is now October 2024, 11 months after I placed the order and I still never recieved the final LP or a refund from Sentinel or my bank and never will despite repeated attempts. I have never dealt with such an awful company in my entire life.

    I ordered two vinyl records from sentinel vinyl in February 2023 and they never arrived and a refund was never issued as of August 2024. They ignored my request for a refund back in July 2023 and told me my records will arrive in one to two months. They never did.

    If I could give a zero I definitely would. Totally shady operation. I’m still trying to get a refund. Do not order anything from them. They shouldn’t even be allowed to be in business.

    This company is full of SHIT. They need to be fined for ripping off customers.I only order 1 record,almost a month has passed and no record.

    Has taken over 6 months to fully fill and ship orders placed. I waited 4 to 5 months eventually got most items but 1 is still not shipped (SVO54705). Wrong 1 was sent, I contacted them, photo was requested of it which I sent and since June 22 no answer except for automatic emails. No info on how to return the wrong item, finally shipping the right item or give a refund. Orders originally placed on January 17. As of July still waiting to be done with this order. Such business practices which is the norm as evidenced by previous complaints requires an assertive response by the state of California.
