I ordered a sarracenia plant, a carnivorous pitcher plant. The plant I got was not that but a common ivy. I have attached pictures of what plant I got and what I should have received. Also the plant I received arrived broken and infected with fungus per my plant identifier app. This company is completely fraudulent.Initial Complaint

I have sent numerous messages to company with no response, plus a a photo twice to there email address the phone number on web page is incorrect, my order of 2 Christmas Cactus arrived 9/21/24, one looked like mush and the soil was saturated, it did not survive, the second is barely surviving, it is a tiny baby and will take a few years to have a bloom, I have requested a new order with both be resent at there expense, after a week and 1/2 of messaging I have heard absolutely nothing from the company, I am a big plant enthusist and have multiple Christmas/Thanksgiving cactus so I do know about plants.Picture and messages sent to ***************************** supposed phone # ************ Company name 9 Green BoxInitial Complaint

On May 7th I ordered 20 madagascar plants from 9 Green *** located at ***********************************. I paid through Paypal. They shipped 20 half dead plants to me but they were NOT the plants I ordered; in fact, they were not even similar. I contacted the vendor (see attached) and he agreed to replace and reship the correct plants but now he is radio silent and we're going on almost two months and he's no longer responding. Because I advised Paypal we had an agreement to rectify this from the seller, they closed our dispute; however, the seller did not make us financially whole (refund us OR replace our product with what we ordered)Initial Complaint

I ordered 9 plants for two cents apiece and they are charging $19.96 for each plant total of $177.04. I tried to cancel the same day but they said it already shipped even though the ad said it takes 3 to 4 days to ship.Initial Complaint

I purchases 2 plants from 9 green box and as per the packing slip it is not what I ordered. The packing slip is correct but the plants are not even close to what I ordered. I have called and left messages as no one answers the phone and I have emailed them asking for resolution. I have heard nothing by either methods. The plant arrived a week late, it finally got here this afternoon. It is completely dead the plant must have been frozen arrived in pieces which isn't much as it is only 4" high, the plant resembles wilted lettuce. I tried to call and message send to a VM asking to send SIM I hate using my cell phone when I have a landline, ************ needs to reimburse my friend who graciously bought it as a Christmas gift..... I am a plant person and have many, when something arrives this DEAD there is no hope for it at all!PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS REQUEST. I wish she had read all the complaints prior to purchasing this place obviously hasn't any reputation or conscientious. I gave you the order # you figure out the amount to refund. I ordered a plant and when it arrived in very bad shape they said they would send a repalcement. They sent a tracking number but they didnt actually send the package. After three 4 weeks the tracking number was removed by DHL because the package was never actually shipped. Now they are not responding. What a rip off!!!Initial Complaint

on October 19th 2022 9 Green *** sent 2 B01K7Y6A8 Coyote Brush Baccharis pilularis twin packs. they arrived in sad condition. leaves and stems mashed low color and few leaves. On December 6 2022 I sent an email to the contact us address on their web site so far no reply.
