My left back tire was leaking air, I saw a nail in the tread and took it to be patched at ATD ******. Two weeks following the same tire leaked again. I also noticed the air-caps from ALL 4 tires were missing. I returned to ATD ****** on 12/12/23. After inspection they said I had a second nail in the inside of the sidewall and it could not be fixed. I was told I needed to buy a new tire and was presented with options at the front counter. I requested my air-caps be replaced that they lost and since I was there also had my oil changed.I decided to wait to purchase the tire and left. Weeks later I took my car into a different shop for an unrelated repair. I asked for a second opinion about the tire and to my surprise, they said there was no nail in the tire. No nail, no hole in the sidewall, nothing. They said that my valve stem on the left back tire was loose so as I drove on it, it was slowly leaking air. They tightened it up for no charge and my tire has been completely fine since (almost 2 months ago).I am writing this review and it feels like blatant fraud. It is speculation but I would go as far to wonder if my left back air-valve was loosened at my first visit to increase my chance of return. Furthermore, I was then told there was an unfixable issue with my tire that didn't exist to persuade me to spend more money at their establishment. I am a female and wonder if this would have happened to a male with more car expertise. Overall, the public should be warned about this facility, action should be taken and they need to make up for what happened. I wasted a lot of time and efforts. I would not have chosen to get my oil changed at their facility if I didn't need to go back. I much prefer my ********** place down the street, cost less $ and they are kind & honest.I have a voicemail recording that I would attached as proof but the file type is not supported. I am happy to email that as follow up. I expect ***************************** from ATD ******.
