  This company is predatory. They illegally charged me for a subscription fee without any prior notice which is illegal. They then shipped out the order and told me they wouldnt issue a refund. I will be refusing delivery and reporting them to my credit card company. Stay away from this company and do not accept their free trial offers as they will use your information to charge you at a later date. ************!

  Ordered a promotional free item, just paid for shipping. They started me on a trial and charge autoship and mon thyl fees, I reached out because I wanted to cancel it and they did not cancel it for me. They said they couldn't find my acocunt. I ended up finally figuring out how to login in, as they do not make this easy. I was able to cancle my account. I then returned the item and they said they did not receive nor will they offer returns without pre authorization. I told them I alrerady returned it. 2 months went by trying to get them to refund me, they just kept saying the same automated resposne. Once I made a BBB complaint they claimed that day they received my return and will refund me once I withdrew my BBB complaint. As they can not offer refunds while complaints are open. Even if that's the truth, funny they magically received my returned item and willing to refund the same day I made a complaint. I am not closing my complaint, BBB can help me get my refund. I have all the emails to prove their incompetency and willingness to work with customers. ******** company, do not purchase anything, goes to prove free is never free.

  Did a trial, the trial stated a one time payment of shipping. But they signed me up for a subscription. Which i did not want since I haven't had time to even try the trial. Their site makes it difficult to even cancel said subscription. So they charge me. And ignore my emails. Zero customer service.

  I ordered during a promo for a free trial. Once I received the confirmation of delivery, I emailed the company requesting to cancel my subscription. We exchanged a couple of emails confirming my email address that was attached to the account and at that point, I assumed they would cancel it. No. A month later, I notice a charge on my debit card from them. I immediately email them letting them know I cancelled and would like a refund. They refuse to give me a refund stating I needed to reach out at least 5 days prior to the delivery if I didnt want to be charged. Obviously I did it well before the cut off time with a subject line of Cancel Subscription. Now Im going back and forth with them via email trying to get a refund Im sure will never come. ************! Run!
