    I am baffled by the way UPrinting conducts business, especially with their treatment of small business owners. On Nov. 27 2023, I placed and paid for my order of 100 custom mailer boxes online. After payment was received and I approved the mock up, I was contacted a day later that there was a price glitch on the site and I would need to pay almost $1000 more! The new total didn't even add up with the prices currently reflected on the site! I was under the impression I was getting a Cyber Monday sale. The new pricing on the website lists that the same exact boxes I ordered are 7.85/piece. Even if the website had not "malfunctioned", the updated pricing of the order should come to $785 and then adding in shipping and tax would be $966. I have no idea where the total amount of $1110.12 came from but it seems they are creating erroneous charges in addition to not standing by the advertised pricing on their website. This not only is a terrible experience for me personally but will impact my business as this was an order for my upcoming holiday shipments.

    I paid for a service that was not provided and a product that was not received. When I asked for a refund (as I was the one who had to bring to the company's attention that they took my money and didn't refund it, which obviously speaks to lack of due diligence), the business said they could "offer me store credit as a one time courtesy," as if I am the one who made the error. I paid $344. 11 on June 17, 2022. I never received a refund. I finally contacted customer support on Sept. 26 of this year as I was going through statements and realized they still never issued a refund.The company admitted they did not provide my product or refund me. Then, they offered store credit. When I explained that I would not want to do business with the same company who made an error egregious enough that I am reaching out over a year later because it was never rectified, they came back again stating they would only offer store credit, which would force me to do business with a company I do not wish to support if I have any chance at recouping the hundreds of dollars I dished out as a small business owner.The packaging was intended to hold over $3,000 worth of products as a new business concept. The apparel is still sitting in my garage as a result of never receiving the packaging I budgeted for. The refusal to refund my money is simply outrageous.

    On the date of September 1, 2023 I contacted UPrinting about getting my daughters ****** for her homecoming queen nomination that she was supposed to have this week. The original date for arrival of ****** was today September 7th. When I ordered the banner I uploaded my own artwork declined inspection paid for the product to come. Upon today when tracking to see the location I learned that they wanted me to review the file. If I declined this at the beginning of the process they were supposed to just make the banner & send it. I know they do this because they sent me a messed up banner before & said the reason it was not perfect because I decided to decline inspection. This has inconveniently placed us in a tough situation. Also further upon checking I noticed that back in May of 2023 were supposed to refund a portion of my payment for the messed up issues they never even sent that refund back & I am inclined to believe it will be the same with this one.

    Ordered a BU number magnet for side of truck placed an order for a 3.5 by 9 inch magnet company had sent a 1.5 by 8 inch magnet we have sent pictures of said issue to 4 different employees have received no response or resolution within said timeframe by company.
