  I am happy for the people that had positive reviews! Things went well and you dodged a bullet. This company is at shady at the least! Dont fall for the flashy website with the pictures of high-end cars being transported. The business is nothing more people working out of an apartment in REMOVED, REMOVEDthat get loads and post them on website load boards they pick the absolute cheapest motor carrier (trucking company) with the minimum of due diligence. In other words, they make a living by getting a high number of low commissions. They do not own any of the actual shipping equipment (trucks, trailers, etc.). In my case they posted my load on a load board without subtracting what they needed to hold back to pay crane fees giving the trucking company (who were out right scammers and thiefs) they selected an excuse to highjack my load and hold it hostage. They filed a theft police report and were told that they would need to provide in person testimony if the case went to trial. After a year of waiting they went back on their commitment to the prosecuting DA and would not provide the testimony so the case had to be dropped. This left me holding the bill for appx $10K of storage fees and expenses. If they claim your load is fully insured ask for proof and do your homework. What they are really saying is that the trucking company had cargo insurance when/if they looked it up on the REMOVEDSAFER web site. In my case the trucking company re-assigned the load to a company that was inactive with the REMOVEDand did not have any insurance.When things go bad they will start off with good communication and degrade to the point that they wont give any updates or even return calls. We had to have uShip ping them multiple times to get any response. The will also take ZERO financial responsibility for any of their actions. Find a reputable local trucking company, do you homework, and skip REMOVEDand REMOVEDor any other brokers.

  The communication was awesome at every point. REMOVEDwas phenomenal. She was extremely knowledgeable about the cars status at all times, friendly and always got right back to us to update on each steps, unprompted. We never had to worry or felt left in the dark or had to waste time to "track" anyone down for information. The car was delivered perfectly and the driver was incredibly communicative, professional and kind. Thank you very much!

  Amazing service. From the time of accepting the contract through deliver. Driver was professional, communication was excellent, and deliver was smooth and timely. Pick up was on the first available day and deliver was within 24 hours. Would recommend!!!

  BAH logistics made everything so easy! Right from the start, they were open in communicating with us, answering any questions we could think of. They made us feel our cars were in good hands. Price was reasonable as well. They picked up and delivered right when they said they would, no damage or trouble on the whole journey. We appreciate how easy they were to contact through text at all times! I highly recommend them to anyone needing cars delivered, cause they made the whole process smooth ans stress free!

  From the time I was contacted by BAH, to the arrival of the trailer, there was good communication. I had never had to have anything shipped that was this big. REMOVEDand REMOVEDwere very helpful letting me each step of the process. There were a couple of glitches but they were taken care of immediately. I will definitely use BAH if I ever need to ship again.
