Original upgrade conducted on May 17, 2024. Trailer was completed and issues began immediately. I reached out to said company and was instructed to bring trailer to their ***air shop in ********** from my home in *******. I did as they requested and ***airs were made again. Black series stated everything was operational. I began to tow trailer home and it malfunctioned again nearly setting trailer on fire with use of new upgraded ac. Also the electrical work caused damage to electrical system of my jeep during this trip and I had to have everything towed and ***aired. This caused needless financial strains and I alerted Black Series again and they said return with equipment back to **********. After I paid extensive amounts of money I. Repairs just to get the tow vehicle back to running order I went back to **********. This trip they took an extended amount of time and had equipment professional from Renogy come out and look at the trailer. The Renogy *** stated Black series poor service caused the issues not their equipment. Renogy *** gave them the instructions on how to ***air the issues and Black Seires again said they corrected the issues. After these ***airs I attempted to tow trailer back home and once again use of the trailer was not available to me because it started to smoke and burn wiring and the system completely broke down leaving me unable to use the rv at all. Multiple correspondence between Black series and us since all of this started has yielded no good outcome and thousands of dollars out of my own pocket. Today Balck series said I needed to sign a ***air waiver limiting my rights and abolishing their responsibility.

This is a very long story and better suited for a novel length email to get a full picture. But the short of the matter is, my husband and I purchased a new trailer from Black Series Campers back in the summer of 2023. Since delivery to us in **, we have not been able to use the trailer fully due to catastrophic failures. (Failures include massive propane leaks, roof leaks, water pressure regulator leaks, and many more). All of our attempts to get a 3rd party repair facility in ** to help failed, most repair shops stating the refused to work on these trailers because they dont get paid for warranty work. It finally got to the point, after many attempts at repair, the dealership in ** agreed to pick it up from our property in AZ to work on it directly. They also verbally promised us they would deliver to our new home in ***** once completed. Theyve had our trailer since January 2025. The just informed us last week on July 2nd that our trailer is done (magically after months of no return calls or emails) and that we must pick it up by Monday the 7th or stargaze fees would start accruing. I emailed a response immediately asking for pictures and a copy of the repair order proving all this work was completed. Then attempted calling multiple times on the 3rd and the 7th, no returned calls. This dealer knows that we live days of driving away, and are closed every weekend, but were also closed for the 4th. That left us 24 hours to pick up. Then on Tuesday the 8th. We receive an email stating they will not release the trailer until the repair order is paid for and our storage fees that started caring, and oh by the way, storage fees are $200 a day?!?! So now our trailer is being held hostage until a $6400 repair bill is paid that should have been warranty work, and we had one day notice to pick up our trailer before storage fees started accruing?!?! Unreasonable!! (And I have a ton of supporting docs).
