  I have been dealing with these people for over a year. I had great hopes that they would help me with my tax problem. I have not heard from them and neither can I get in touch with them. I wish someone would please send me my money back. They do TERRIBLE business and they would be the last people that I would recommend them to.

  Greetings to you world. IM *************************** AND I HIRED FIDELITY TAX RELIEF TO ASSIST ME WITH MY TAX ISSUES. I PAID THEM OVER $6,000 and now, my tax issue is still not done. Im unable to contact anyone from Fidelity tax relief. Can someone out help me find these people?? ***************************

  I hired Fidelity tax relief to resolve my tax issue. After paying them in excess of $ ***** I'm still in the same situation didnt hearcanything back from them. They say someonereached out via email but the email wasnt under FidelityTax relief it was just from someons personal email. I was then contacted by the irs saying my offer was in compromise. I contacted Fidelity about the situation and they refused to fix the issue or give further assistance. I'm very disappointed and don't recommend doing business with this company.

  Feeling deceived and cheated. I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others and prevent them from falling into the same trap.This firm contacted me about tax relief. Their slick marketing materials and persuasive sales pitch convinced me that they were the right team to handle my tax issues. Little did I know that I was about to embark on a nightmare that would leave me both financially and emotionally drained.From the moment I made the initial payment of $500.00, the problems began. And then there was another payment of $4500 - Initially, the representatives were attentive and responsive, promising to guide me through the complicated process of obtaining tax relief. However, as soon as the payment went through, the communication became sporadic, and it became increasingly difficult to get a hold of anyone from the company.Realizing that I had been tricked into believing I was a candidate for tax relief, I felt a mixture of anger and despair. This company had taken advantage of my vulnerability, charging me a significant amount of money for services that were essentially worthless. The fact that no one from the company is answering my calls anymore only reinforces the impression that they are intentionally avoiding accountability.I strongly caution anyone considering using this tax relief process to think twice. This company has proven to be deceitful, preying on individuals like myself who are desperately seeking help with their tax problems. They may present themselves as experts in the field, but their actions speak volumes about their true intentions.I implore you to learn from my costly mistake and avoid this tax relief process at all costs. Don't let yourself become a victim of their deceptive tactics. Seek out reputable and trustworthy alternatives that have a proven track record of helping individuals navigate the complexities of tax issues. Your hard-earned money and peace of mind deserve better than what this company has to offer.
