They both went out of their way to answer any and all questions we had, and kept us up to date on the progress of the process. Hope to do it again with them in the future.

    Dear Better Business Bureau,I am *****************************, a ******* resident, disabled veteran, single mother, and homeowner. I am filing a formal complaint against Prime Choice Funding for mismanagement during my refinance process, which began in June 2024 and caused significant financial hardship.Initially, ***** ***** (NMLS: *******) and *** ****** (NMLS: *******) provided conflicting information. I was incorrectly advised I could skip a mortgage payment, which caused late fees and financial strain. Additionally, my approved homestead exemption was omitted from the paperwork, further exacerbating the ******** July 2024, I worked with *** ****** (NMLS: *******) and **** ****** (NMLS: ******) but continued to face unfulfilled promises, delays, and poor communication. I repeatedly submitted required tax documents, yet my exemption was not applied. *** ****** offered $1,000 compensation for the inconvenience but only $500 was ******* current loan servicer, ********, has now applied my exemption. However, Ive accrued $386.90 in late fees and remain $1,798.42 behind due to Prime Choice Fundings errors.After posting a public review, their response dismissed accountability, despite numerous similar complaints. I contacted their corporate office and received no follow-up.I request Prime Choice Funding compensate me for the fees and arrears caused by their mismanagement.
