    I am filing this complaint to report StudentDocPay, a company that misrepresented itself as a legitimate student loan consolidation service and fraudulently charged me for services that were never delivered.Details:I was contacted by StudentDocPay and told they could consolidate my federal student loans and assist in debt relief.They presented themselves as being affiliated with official federal loan servicers, which I now understand they are not.They required me to provide my financial information and charged me recurring fees monthly for document preparation without carrying out a service.After paying them, I found out that the charges were for services that could be completed for free, and that the company misrepresented itself.When I tried to reach their customer service, they were unhelpful and evasive, and I have not received any refund or resolution.This company misled me, took my money under false pretenses, and left me in a worse financial position. I am requesting that:1.StudentDocPay refund the full amount they charged me. Charges date from 8/23/19 to 4/24/22 and total $2336.67; this includes, but is not limited to, a $39.99 monthly document processing fee and other charges. I have uploaded my first and last relevant bank statements for reference and can provide documents for each charge.2.The BBB investigate this companys deceptive business practices.3.This complaint be added to StudentDocPays BBB record to warn other students and borrowers.I have supporting documentation, including emails and payment records (see attached), which I can provide upon request.Thank you for your help in addressing this fraudulent behavior and helping protect other borrowers from falling victim to this scam.

    I was contacted by this business before COVID. Regarding loan consolidation and a student loan forgiveness program. They told me that I had to qualify by consolidated loans. I paid them $999, which is the fee. However, they have since been sued by the department of financial protection for charging to help with student loans. It was illegal for them to charge for helping with student loans. Also they did not have a license to do so.They never got back to me about the student forgiveness program that was supposedly under ***************************** or forgiving my loans or anything of the sort.

    During Covid this company sent several letters on student loan consolidation. I just applied for loan forgiveness with Fed Loan which is now Aidvantage. I thought it was ligit and I paid them $900.00 because I thought they were with Fed Loan. My student loan has not been consolidated. They made a fake Promissory note to the ************************* Federal Direct Loan Program. The reason I haven't reached out till now is that student loans were on hold, so I was giving it some time. But apparently this was fraud, when trying to reach out to this company they are no where to be found.
