48-Hour Refund Policy for Innovo Dental and Implant Studio

At Innovo Dental and Implant Studio, we strive to provide exceptional care and service to all our patients. We understand that sometimes circumstances may require changes to appointments or treatments. To ensure clarity and transparency regarding refunds, we have established the following policy:

1. Eligibility for Refund:

   • Refunds are applicable to payments made for dental services or treatments only.
   • Products or materials purchased (e.g., dental appliances) are not eligible for refunds once they have been received and accepted by the patient.

2. Requesting a Refund:

   • Patients must request a refund within 48 hours from the completion of their dental service or treatment.
   • Refund requests can be made in person at our office, via phone, or through email.

3. Approval Process:

   • All refund requests will be reviewed by our administration team.
   • Approval of refunds is subject to verification and confirmation of the service or treatment completion.

4. Refund Method:

   • Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
   • It may take up to 3-7 business days for the refund amount to be credited back to the patient's account, depending on the policies of the financial institution.

5. Exceptions:

   • Refunds will not be provided for services or treatments that have been provided as agreed and completed within the acceptable standard of care.
   • Any disputes regarding the necessity or quality of services rendered must be resolved through our patient feedback and resolution process.
