    On July 7/29/22, I purchased 2 Kodak Scanners i4600 in the amount of $3263.93 each for total of $6527.86. Supposedly these Scanners were advertised as Refurbished but when i received them, they are used and not Refurbished as advertised. I contacted the salesperson by name **** and i explained to him my situation that what i received were used and not refurbished. After forth and back with emails, This is one of the lines of the email that **** sent to me (Well, can we give you a total of a $200 refund and you possibly can clean the exterior better...?? (When I used to clean these, I would put a little Armorall type spray on the plastic parts to bring back the shine and removes marks/scratches etc etc). I vehemently refused and i told him that i will be sending them back with my full refund. I was given a full refund of $3263.93 on the first scanner and $2944.03 on the second scanner. I am demanding for the remaining balance of $286.90, plus $420.54 that cost me in shipping the scanner back to them. I have attached the photos of the scanners and the receipt for the shipping cost.

    Purchased a refurbished Fujitsu scanner on 03/09/2022 for $1086.53 (includes tax.) Received the scanner and it worked for a few days before it would not turn on. I called the seller and they walked me through the normal fixes to try and they arrived at the conclusion that it needed a new power supply. They asked if I'd be willing to install the new power supply. I preferred to return the scanner since it was problematic after 3 days. The scanner was shipped back to the seller's tech address on 04/08/2022. I have the *** proof of delivery that it was received. I have yet to receive a refund of the purchase price. They will not answer or return my phone calls or emails.
