    I purchased an electric vehicle from this dealer, I asked the sales representative "how many times do I have to charge it to take it from ********** to *********" he said "none, one charge will get you there", his statement was a decisive factor to make this purchase. The transaction was done late on Sunday, on Monday night I realized that the maximum range is 93 miles for the full battery, making his a false statement. I called the sales rep on Tuesday early morning asking to for an exchange but after talking to the manager they were not able to help me out. Their refund and exchange policy stated here on BBB and copied below also seems false because they couldn't exchange my vehicle even though it was not past the 100 miles. I would advise them to do their research on the vehicles they sell before making statements that aren't true and revising their policy on this site.Refund and Exchange Policy We offer every customer a 24 hour/100 miles option to exchange vehicle after purchase. Also, we offer GAP insurance, and carry a variety of reputable extended warranty / maintenance programs that cover all customer concerns and needs. Ask for further details.

We offer a 24-hour 100 mile exchange option not a 3-day as you stated in your Yelp review, also we make sure to fully charge our electric vehicles prior to listing them where the full range would display on the odometer screen during the test drive to eliminate any misunderstanding or confusion regarding the vehicles range during the sale process.
