The part I ordered never arrived. Asked for a refund and no action was taken, no communication till the 3rd or 4th email to them Ordered part January 05, 2021 estimated delivery date of jan 13, 2021 tracking label printed within 48 hrs, shows estimated delivery date jan 13, 2021 checked 2 days later no change when checking tracking. january 12th contacted Acurapartswharehouse.com to ask why there is no tracking activity and to let them know Fedex has informed me the part has never been received by them. I received what appeared to be an automated response saying the part had been shipped and would arrive the next day as the tracking number shows. They did not do any research or they would have seen that there were no location scans and no pick up scan. checked again after not receiving the part January 13 as promised. When checking the tracking number now it says part delivery date unknown. I called and talked to customer service who said I would get a phone call back within 24 to 48 hrs. I had also emailed them while waiting on hold for about 1 hr to talk to a representative who again insisted the part had shipped yet still not scans to show the part had been picked up by Fedex and or location scans at all. If they read the Fedex sight says the packing label had been created but not received. Jan 15 requested a refund. They still continue to say the part was shipped and they are investigating were it is at. I have not only purchased another part after waiting over 2 weeks for action by Acura Parts Warehouse to no avail. I have been taking a Taxi to work since I could not reassemble my car without this part. I have spent well over $400 dollars in taxi charges to date and they could care less about my inconvenience and losses due to their lack of action and customer service. I would like a full refund asap from this company.Read More

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund of the parts and shipping costs at a minimum. If they wish to have another chance with me as a customer they could also give me a credit for ordering further parts from them. I would love to have the $400 plus back incurred using Taxi in place of my car.

I ordered a seatbelt for my truck and they sent me the wrong part. When I contacted them about the issue, they blamed me and refused to do anything about it. They didn't care, nor did they apologize when I told them I'd never reccomend them or shop from them again. It appears that their horrible website images are an affront for scamming customers out of their money; and the customer service is just deplorable. Their Parts Specialists don't understand how to read an exploded assembly diagram, so attempting to order the correct part was made impossible, since they were convinced they sent the correct one. The diagram is clearly dissimilar to what was sent. Lazy, foul, extortionists. You're better off going to the dealership than doing business with this company. It's better than completely losing your money altogether. You've been warned.
