Never purchase anything from this company. They will send you defective products. And when you finally find out the part doesn't work after the drive cycle they will not issue you a refund or exchange. They told me a can pay for a diagnostic to prove it's the part. Which will be the same price as purchasing a new one. They will also say you can get the part warrantied out at a GM dealership, but since they are not an approved GM website and a third party website they will not do warranties for them.

Dear Jacob, we apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. We do require a diagnostic report before we can move forward with any RMA request for warranty claims. In regards to this order, you can also provide us with a diagnostic report from Autozone so we may further assist you with the return. Once you get that diagnostic report please send that to the email previously provided to you. Once again, we apologize for this great inconvenience and thank you for understanding.

If the O2 sensor is not responding to the car the only thing that'll pull up on a diagnostic report will say car not ready for emissions. It'll never give a check engine light due to failure to communicate with vehicle that is the problem with getting a diagnostic report.

Dear Jacob, as long as a diagnostic report is obtained we may be more than happy to further assist you with your warranty inquiry. After further review with GM part specialist, it was determined that there are two types of sensors for that vehicle itself, the part numbers for those are XXXXXXXX and XXXXXXXX. As long as you can provide us with a diagnostic report we will be able to move forward and have this resolved.
