  I have been trying to contact someone at Perfect Tax Relief for 3 days with no luck. I paid them for their service several months ago now I have received a letter from the *** and no one from Perfect Tax Relief is there to help.

  Thank you PTR for reliving me of my tax debt. Owed over 60K and letters were coming into my home threatening to garnish wages. I procrastinated for several months thinking they would not really collect aggressively with all the other people they deal with I figured I will fly under the radar as I am a small fish in a big pond. The intake person I talked to **** said the *** is sending you these letters for a reason and I was actually disturbed with his advice feeling just another sale presentations to scare me. Low and behold 3 days later my employer received a letter of garnishment. **** told me we will tell you what you do NOT want to hear but you will be happy that we are honest and whether I want to hear it or not hear it I needed to understand the reality of my non filing a few years and these letters are exactly what they say. Approximately a year later do not have the *** or State in my life and it feels great. Thank you **** and the support staff that kept me in the loop so I understood the process as we moved along. I had already been taken advantage of from another Tax relief Company and I'm sure many have heard the commercials on all day every day realized they were simply sales people charging bait and switch. Perfect Tax pricing was half, and they did NOT try to sale me, they were up front and straight forward.

  I would totally recommend Perfect Tax relief. I had many years of taxes. Im embarrassed to say. However, the best thing ever did was give them call and they work hard to get me an order to wear. I feel like a brand new person. I had that weight, carrying on myshoulders, stressing out, thinking that I was gonna get arrested because I havent filed in a while and theyre gonna kind of get me any day. I really enjoy life that well, because I was always scared. I got my life together. Gave them a call. Totally recommended. Thank you. Perfect Tax. Relief from *************.

  Thank you Mak Lignite for honest opinions and solutions up fronts (others wanted $490 start with opinion 30 days).. All other tax places I called desi they will sav 90% or more on my tax debt, but, you told the time to tell me the truth. I am satisficed hat after you advised me I have equity my home and reticent account we needed a new strategy versus ***, and the penalty abatement plan you described save d me 40 % of amount owed and now I'm only paying a comfortable installment agreement better then I was before I hired you. I appreciate you and your staff's communication.If your hesitant and unsure-feel free to call I ****** verify my experience

  Paid for half the service of $7500 quoted price. Changed my mind and didn't receive any services and they are refusing to refund me. Totally sketchy company and ignored all my communications to cancel the service. Disputing with my credit card for the second time.

  I was a client of Perfect Tax Relief for about 18 months. I had IRS and State Tax issues that I was having a hard time with. Everything went very smoothly from start to finish! They were very understanding and professional when I explained my situation. They stayed in contact regularly and took all the stress away because they stopped the collections. I was able to qualify for a settlement program that reduced my IRS tax liability by about 90%. My State Tax was deferred by hardship and also resolved. They did several years of my tax returns and got me back on track. I can't say enough wonderful things about this company. Thank you so much for helping me in a difficult time.
