This company was supposed to help me get my taxes reduced and they never done anything to help me but they did manage to charge me $3700 for nothing

We appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
Since December 27, 2023, we have made multiple attempts to obtain the necessary financial information from you to proceed with resolving your IRS and Kentucky state tax matters. Specifically, we have sent eight requests via email and mail, in addition to numerous phone calls. Unfortunately, we have not received any response from youneither by providing the requested documents nor by contacting us directly.
In addition to our previous outreach, we also sent urgent messages recently, emphasizing the importance of your response. However, we did not receive any reply to those messages either.
Despite this lack of communication, we filed your Power of Attorney with both the *** and the ****************************** to ensure that we communicate with these agencies on your behalf and protect you from aggressive collection actions.
We remain fully committed to helping you resolve your tax concerns. However, we urgently need your cooperation in providing the necessary financial details. Please submit the requested information as soon as possible so we can proceed with your case.
