    Caine & Weiner have caused a derogatory account on my credit profile making me look as if I'm a risk to potential lenders. I do not know what account these people are talking about and I have disputed this through the reporting agency I want it removed from my credit file immediately

    The consumer's provided information did not match records in our system. The consumer's address and email does not match to any account in our system. If it is possible that the account was established under a previous address, that address would be helpful. Our office wishes to assist the consumer in any way possible. We would ask that the consumer provide the full account referenced in the correspondence, name on the account, the name of the creditor, the balance showing as owed, our account number detailed via the credit bureaus, etc. so that we may properly identify the account and respond.     Our office received an account from the creditor, Progressive Insurance, with respect to this consumer in August 2019, for recovery of unpaid auto insurance premiums. Please note the balance due was never owed to Caine & Weiner. Initial correspondence was sent to the consumer at that time. The file is currently in a 'Paid in Full" status. The Progressive poliy ending in **** was cancelled July 2019. Creditor records indicate coverage was provided for a **** ******* ***** and a 2010 Chrysler Town & Country. The account is currently 'Paid in Full' and all negative trade lines have been removed. We do not show any current trade lines reporting to the credit reporting agencies. We are unsure as to how long it may take for the credit bureaus to update their records. The consumer mentioned wanting the original contract. Progressive can provide the original contract. The consumer may contact our office at XXX-XXX-XXXX for additional assistance.Retrieving data. Wait a few seconds and try to cut or copy again.

    I believe this account is reporting inaccurately. I do not recall having an account with this company. I don't think there is legal contract between this company & myself. I would like you to provide me verifiable proof this account belongs to me. I request a signed contract which will demonstrate a legal agreement. Please delete.

    Our office received an account from the creditor Paysafe Payment Processing in March 2022 for a $207.35 balance commercial debt owed by United China Restaurant for services provided. The individual filing this complaint is listed per creditor records as a personal guarantor on the account. The balance owed does not represent a consumer debt.

    System notes indicate that we have been unable to reach the business by phone. We do not show receiving any correspondence directly from the business.

    The information being reported to the credit bureaus appears accurate at this time based on system records. Our office will gladly review any documentation provided by the business that may indicate the creditor records are not accurate.

    Our office received an assigned account from the creditor, ********************** with respect to this consumer June 2019 for recovery of unpaid auto insurance premiums. Please note the balance due is not owed to Caine & Weiner. Initial correspondence was sent to the consumer at that time. There is no record of any mail return. The Progressive policy was cancelled in May 2019. Creditor records indicate coverage was provided for a 2018 Dodge Charger on a Progressive account ending in ********************************* March 2019 was insufficient to cover the remaining premium balance at the time of cancellation. Our office collects on behalf of Progressive. The account has been closed in our database and the negative tradelines will be removed from the associated credit bureaus. However, Progressive reserves the right to pursue the file as they deem fitting. We encourage the consumer to contact our office at ************ if additional assistance is needed.

    My husband and I had a policy with *********** that had then lapsed due to unpayment. *********** then sent both of our license down to be suspended for failure to pay. Policy was restated and paid through *********** itself. Please take off both collection filings off of our reports due to double dipping. It is unfair that we are being placed in collections when we currently and actively have a paid current policy with ***********.

    Our office received an account from the creditor, *********** Insurance, with respect to this consumer in April of 2020. She mentions double dipping of payment in her complaint. The creditor has not communicated that this delinquent balance has been resolved. Our records indicate that the creditor still shows the balance as due by the consumer. The *********** policy was cancelled in February 2020. Creditor records indicate coverage was provided for a ************************************** on a *********** policy*************** and that a payment made in December 2019 was insufficient to cover the premium balance due at the time of cancellation. Validation has been forwarded to the consumer to review. After reviewing the correspondence, if the consumer believes this information to be incorrect, our office will gladly review any documentation provided by the consumer with respect to the policy, vehicle, payment or coverage specifics for this account that may indicate the creditor's records are not accurate.     The insurance company charge a big lump some of payment to initiate a new policy and the unpaid balance of the previous policy. *********** never mentioned the previous policy balance was still owed. I say double dipping because my husband and I were both on the policy and for my credit report it shows another balance.

    I am very disturbed and upset with CAINE WEINER has not responded back to me I sent a letter requesting the proof of contract . I need these accounts deleted from my credit report they violating my right

    BBB Our office received an account from the creditor ********************* with respect to this consumer in May 2022 for recovery of unpaid auto insurance premiums. Initial correspondence was sent to the consumer at that time. There is no record of any mail return. Numerous unsuccessful attempts were made to contact the consumer. The client's records indicate coverage was provided for a **** Acura 3.2 TL and a 2008 ****** Altima on a Progressive account ending in ****. The account was cancelled April of 2022 and the final payment made in January 2022 was insufficient to cover the remaining balance on the file. The original contract was with *********************. We collect on Progressive's behalf. Progressive should be able to provide the original contract for the debtor's perusal. Our records match the consumer's information provided in the complaint. Our office forwarded a 'Fraud' document to the consumer in October of this year due to a claim of 'Fraud'. Our office will gladly review any documentation provided by the consumer with respect to the policy, vehicle, payment, or coverage specifics for this account that *** indicate the creditor's records are not accurate. We encourage the consumer to contact our office at ************ for additional assistance.

    Our office received an account from the creditor Avis/Budget in April 2021 for recovery of an unpaid balance for a rental agreement ending in ***** showing a Hyundai Accent returned in December 2020 with a $57.29 balance remaining. Initial communication was sent to the consumer at that time and there is no record of any mail return.

    System notes indicate we were unable to reach the consumer by phone and that we have received no communication at all on this account directly from the consumer.

    Our file shows closed as disputed, however we encourage the consumer to contact the creditor directly as their records continue to indicate a balance remains.
