    DO NOT!!! Get a loan from this company. I’ve gotten loans before and the experience has always been great. But this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a lending company. I had requested $500 which was supposed to be deliver within 24 business hours.. I asked to have the loan reversed socks I no longer needed it since it didn’t come in time. I spoke with an agent named Mari of Oct 16th at 8:30am who said she would be happy to help and cancel my loan. SHE LIED. Never put in such a request, the loan finally went thru but was only for $434 I tired to call back and ask why would I pay the full loan back if I only received $430 and if it could still be canceled the agent literally said “I don’t know” . I then tried to set up to pay back the total loan since I don’t want to deal with this company again and that agent said they couldn’t help I would just have to call back 3 days prior. So you’re telling me you can’t just set a payment?! I work for a call center, but I have never encountered such unprofessional customer service. I guarantee they still won’t help me after this review. DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM REDWOOD COAST FINANCE. DO NOT.
