    Dear Activision Blizzard Support,I am writing to urgently request a formal review and reversal of the recent limited matchmaking restriction placed on my account. The account is on limited matchmaking state for two ********* a well-known content creator and streamer in the ***********, I have built a substantial following, and unfortunately, with visibility has come targeted harassment. It has come to my attentionand has been made clear through community feedbackthat certain individuals have coordinated false mass reports against my account with the deliberate intention of triggering automated penalties, including the current matchmaking restriction.I want to emphasize that I have always played fairly and adhered to your community guidelines. The action taken against my account is the direct result of malicious abuse of the reporting system rather than any legitimate misconduct on my part. This situation is deeply distressing, not only because of the damage it causes to my reputation and ability to engage with my community, but also due to the significant emotional and psychological toll it has taken. I have invested heavilyboth financially and emotionallyinto this account over the years, and seeing it penalized unfairly has caused me immense stress and serious health concerns.I urge your team to conduct a thorough and manual review of my account history and the context behind these mass reports. Automated systems, while efficient, can be exploited, and this case is a clear example of ******* a loyal and invested member of your gaming community, I hope you understand the gravity of the situation and take immediate steps to rectify this false punishment.     I am filing a formal complaint against Activision Blizzard in regard to their handling of my Call of Duty: Warzone account. Without warning or detailed explanation, my account was permanently banned under the accusation of hacking. I want to clearly state that I have never used any hacks, cheats, or third-party software. I play legitimately and have invested a significant amount of both time and money into this game.Over the course of my gameplay, I have purchased multiple full titles from the Call of Duty franchise and have spent hundreds of dollars on in-game content, including battle passes, cosmetic skins, and other digital items. The ban not only wrongfully removed my access to these purchases but also erased all the time and effort I invested in the game.Despite multiple attempts to appeal the decision, Activision Blizzard has refused to provide any evidence or specific details regarding the alleged infraction. Their support process is opaque and lacks basic transparency, accountability, or recourse for users wrongfully accused.I believe this constitutes an unfair and unethical business practice. I am requesting that my account be reinstated or, at minimum, that I receive a full refund for the money I spent on their products and services. I would also like a formal explanation and the opportunity to challenge the accusations made against me.
